Precision made in Germany The colonization of implant cavities by oral pathogens represents a major factor in the de- velopment of periimplantitis, a condition that frequently leads to implant loss. The re-infec- tion of the tissue around the implant that is caused by the permeability of the microscopic gap between the implant and the abutment for bacteria plays an important role in this process.

Surgical Boxes - With or Without Stops

Clear Structure and Design The surgical boxes by Dentegris make implant placement much easier. The graphical design and color-coded instruments are self-explanatory and keep everything organised during surgery. Dentegris surgery boxes are available in various configurations. Choose between „Standard Line“ (without drill-stops) and „Safety Stop Line“ (with drill-stops), between „Master“ (including tools for 5.5 mm implant diame- ter) and „Pro“ (incl. drill) with 14.5 mm length. Alternatively, the boxes are equipped with drills for our root-shaped implant types (tapered shape) or with drills for our parallel-walled implants (straight form).

Ball Attachment Abutment

The ball attachment abutment is the classic way to attach full dentures to implants and can be equipped with standard or TIMA matrices. The withdrawal force of the standard matrice is controlled with retention rings of different degrees of hardness. The scope of supply includes a soft and a hard retention ring. The retention force of the closed TIMA matrice made of titanium is based on a replaceable spring collar of ultra-durable special spring steel, which can be easily replaced by opening the matrix screws.
