Their names are familiar, because they have made an impact on football at all levels of the game — high school, college, and professional. They belong to the Falcons' Nest of Coaches, an organization created in 1984 for the purpose of promoting the proud tradition of Bowling Green Falcon football. Through the development of student and graduate-assistant programs at Bowling Green, most of these coaches got their start at this Mid-American Conference in- stitution. They've studied and matured under the coaching philosophies of War- ren Steller, , Bob Gibson, , and , to name a few. Today, they are making a name for themselves and for their respec- tive football programs around the country. Though they may be miles apart, they share at least one thing in common.
