MINNESOTA VIKINGS ANNOUNCE ROSTER MOVES

Eagan, Minn. (May 17, 2021) – The have announced the following roster moves:

Ksiezarczyk (6-6, 311) signs with the Vikings after participating in a three-day tryout. He originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the Atlanta Falcons in 2020 before being let go during roster cuts after training camp. A native of West Seneca, New York, Ksiezarczyk appeared in 50 games with 39 starts at left tackle during his career at Buffalo. As a senior, he was named to the 2019 All-MAC First Team and was part of a unit that earned honorable mention for the Joe Moore Award as one of the top 15 offensive line units in the nation. In 2019, Ksiezarczyk helped block for an offense that rushed for a school-record 3,256 yards and allowed a program-low eight sacks. His last name is pronounced Ka-ZAR-zack.

Nickerson (5-10, 182) joins Minnesota after spending the 2020 season with the . He played in one game before being placed on the Injured/Reserve list in Week 7. Originally a sixth-round pick out of Tulane by the in the 2018 NFL Draft, Nickerson played in 16 games with two starts and made 21 tackles as a rookie. He was traded to Seattle prior to the start of the 2019 season and spent four weeks on the Seahawks practice squad before Jacksonville signed him on October 17, 2019. Nickerson played in four games (one start) for the Jaguars and made six tackles.
