Bobby had a successful 8 year spell at Hungerford when he took them from bottom of step 4 to the playoffs of step 2 in Hungerford’s first ever historic season in the National League South, having performed miracles with the lowest budget in step 2 yet still reaching the playoffs only to be denied by ground grading, the very next season the big boys of non- league came calling in the shape of Wealdstone FC. Bobby had 2 very successful seasons their reaching the semi finals of the FA Trophy in his first MANAGER season and creating history yet again by taking Wealdstone to their first ever National League South playoffs. Bobby a Reading scholar himself before having to retire early due to injury has had the privilege to work alongside some of Europe’s greatest managers and ex players with Brendan Rodgers (Leicester Manager), Jaap Stam (Manchester United legend & Ex Reading Manager), Ian Harte (Leeds & Republic Ireland Ex Defender), Steve Clarke (Scotland Manager) & Jason Roberts (Director of Development at Con) to name a few. Due to Bobby vast contacts in the game you are often guaranteed to see a famous name in the stands at Larges Lane or even at training with the appearance only recently of Charlie Adam (Ex Liverpool & Scotland midfielder), Chris Gunter (Ex-Tottenham & Wales Defender), Wayne Bridge (Chelsea & England defender) & Alex Pearce (Ex Reading, Derby & Republic of Ireland Defender). Bobby has also been lucky enough spend time with Martin O’Neil (European Cup winner as a TEAM player & ex-manager of Republic of Ireland). www.bracknelltownfc.com 1ST MICHAEL PERCIVAL 1st TEAM ASSISTANT MANAGER Mike is entering his 6th season beside Bobby in the dugout having been part of Bobby’s management team at Hungerford, Wealdstone & now Bracknell. Town. Mike began his coaching career at Reading FC where he had the privilege to work with some of the best upcoming kids in the region before an opportunity arose for him to gain some valuable experience coaching in the US. Mike worked out there for 6 months working with various different USL teams. Due to Bobby’s vast contacts in the game Mike has had the privilege to be able to go watch and learn from some of the best coaches and managers in the game today, he has attended sessions at Southampton FC, Watford FC, Aston Villa, Celtic FC & Rangers FC.

Season 2015-2016 Season Review - Results – Tables - Statistics Compiled by Dominic McKenzie with editorial by Dave Watters The 2015-16 EVO-STIK Northern Premier League campaign saw Darlington 1883 romp to the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League's Premier Division title in style with a 6-1 victory at Whitby Town, the Quakers winning their third promotion in four years with a game to spare after beating North East rivals Blyth Spartans to the line in what ended as a two way race. The runners-up also lost out in the play-offs to Salford City, the Ammies going up for the second successive season since their takeover by Manchester United’s Class of 92 but this time doing it the hard way after their third place finish. Stafford Rangers and Warrington Town won the EVO-STIK NPL’s two other title races, the latter collecting 106 points to earn the right to play at the highest level in the club’s history. First Division North runners-up Spennymoor Town were promoted alongside them via the play-offs. After leading the First Division South table by double digit margins, Stafford Rangers only took the title from Shaw Lane Aquaforce by a single point on the final day of the campaign. In the top flight, Stamford, Ramsbottom United, Hyde United and Colwyn Bay went down, the last two both suffering second successive relegations. Daventry Town needn’t have bothered asking for voluntary relegation after finishing second bottom to Tividale in First Division South. New Mills and Harrogate Railway Athletic finished the campaign occupying the two relegation spots in First Division North, the Millers earning unwanted national headlines for their never-say-die attitude while failing to win a single league outing all season.

The winner of the game would be promoted to the promised land of the Premier league with away trips to the Emirates stadium, Anfield, Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge. Both sides came into the Play-Off final in exceptional form. Cardiff arrived into the final having only lost twice in 13 games losing to Derby and Leicester City in the second leg of the play-off semi-final. Blackpool on the other hand came into the final with 8 wins from 10 after losing to champions Newcastle and drawing to Bristol City. With both sides playing attacking football, the game looked to be Match details: an entertaining encounter. Cardiff had scored 73 goals in the 46- game league season where Blackpool had scored 74 in the 46 games. Cardiff lined up in a 442 whereas Blackpool lined up in a 433. The game started quickly with the ball zipping up and down the pitch. Blackpool help the possession early on looking to move the ball around and find the spaces. Cardiff held firm though quite often looking for Jay Bothroyd or Michael Chopra when they needed to get rid of the ball.

CentreSpot The official news bulletin of the Essex Senior Football League Season 2016/17 Issue #28 – Sunday 19th February 2017 Barking get better of Sporting Bengal Barking score one of their five goals against Sporting Bengal (pic Terry Gilbert) Sporting Bengal 3 Barking 5 Barking moved eight points clear of Clapton at the top of the Essex Senior League table with success over an improving Sporting Bengal side at Mile End Stadium. Blues had won 1-0 when the two sides met in the league cup in December and earned a 3-0 win over Imrul Gazi’s men in a Gordon Brasted Memorial Trophy tie last month, but joint boss Glen Golby expected a tough test in east London. And the leaders certainly got that as Sporting made them work for the points in an eight-goal thriller. Codey Cameron netted his sixth goal in five games for the hosts, with an angled drive across Rob Hatton, and new recruit Steve Carvell made it two goals in two games, while young Oscar Almeida Mendes was also on target once again. But the prolific James Peagram scored twice in reply for Barking, taking his tally for the season to 41 and his career haul to 68, which leaves him on the brink of the club’s all-time top 10 scoring list. Petrit Elbi netted his 17th hoal of the campaign, while Joe Pearman claimed his 14th and Paul Oshin was also on target as free-scoring Barking brought up their 100th goal in 31 league fixtures this season. But Barking now face a 10-day break before they return to Mayesbrook Park on Tuesday February 28 to host fourth-placed FC Romania, who ran out 3-0 winners over London Bari at the Old Spotted Dog.
