Setyana Mapasa and Gronya Somerville have pulled off some outstanding results to win the Women's Doubles at the Yonex Dutch International Grand Prix
The most notable win was in the final when they defeated Gabriela and Stefani Stoeva (Bulgaria) who have a current world ranking of 17 with the Australian's winning in a hard fought match; taking over an hour until victory was secured: 1721 2117 2116.

Pacific Represented at AIMS Games 10 young athletes from Cook Islands and 2 from Tonga travelled to Tauranga, New Zealand to take part in the badminton competition at the 2016 AIMS Games last week. The AIMS Games is an annual multisport competition for Intermediate & Middle school students, and has grown over the years to 9300 competitiors this year it's as close as 1113 year olds get to the Olympics!
