Mohamed Chehade was ques- tioned by the INS in his home while his house was ransacked by officials ... he was never shown a search warrant. Haddad and Chehade have been harassed because of their affiliation with the Global Relief Foundation, a char- ity organization accused of having al Qaeda ties. This accusation has no basis. No investigation has thus far not shown that the Global Relief Foundation has conducted any business with al Qaeda. If any evidence does exist, it has not been made public. Why not?
