Executive Summary

Publicity and Press relations was our main communication tool

for Q1 and Q2, 2016 (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram

were supportive tools).

During this period – actually started on mid. February – we

organised 1 launch event in Athens, 23 meetings with the Press

and we sent out 3 Press releases.

The results of the activities are:

1) We have established/strengthened our relationship with 9

key Press influencers

2) We had interviews in 3 key media

3) We had a Publicity value of approximately 134.000€(*)

4) We had some great leads for business development

As shown in charts, online publicity was the 77% of total and the

Launch event brought us a value of more than 100.000€.

Next steps: Our new communication tool, the tripinVIEW Monthly

Report can bring great publicity in all countries where we are

activated. In we have 10 more requests for presentations

which we will split in July and September.

(*) Publicity value is the equivalent of the advertising cost that we should have to pay if we wanted to be advertised in these specific Media, with the particular dimensions. Social media are excluded.
