The Vienna University of Technology consists of several buildings with a number of large lecture rooms (with air conditioning except for the main building). Each VSL stream will take place in one of these buildings to ensure that all space requirements are met.

Financial issues

• Separate accounting for each conference • Costs distributed per capita • Local organisation costs (venue, coffee breaks, proceedings, dinner, …) – approx. € 275/225 per regular participant/student – approx. € 50 per workshop participant and day • Excess money after deduction of all costs goes to the registrant’s conference. • Funding stays with the conference that raised it • Final accounts’ settlement until one year after VSL

PC will keep a balance between • people involved both in RTA and TLCA community • RTA/TLCA authors that haven’t yet been in PC • senior members of our community PC members will be contacted soon.
