Page 6 ALL SOULS LUMINARIES Luminary bags will be placed throughout the walkways at Our Lady of Victory church for the All Souls Day Mass. This is an in- spirational display in honor of our deceased family and friends. Our Knights of Columbus St. John Paul II Council organizes the event each year. Bags may be made for your prayer intentions. They are $5 per bag. K of C members will be at all of the doors at the churches taking orders after all Masses for the next following weekends. It is quite an impressive display.

The Beacon on the Hill recently received a generous donation from the Archbishop's Annual Appeal through its vicariate Outreach Pro- gram. This donation will be extremely instrumental in providing food, clothing, diapers, durable good and other assistance through our outreach center. It is through the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal Vicariate Outreach Program and the generosity of it’s donors that the Appeal is able to assist a wide array of community based charities such as the Beacon throughout Hartford, New Haven and Litchfield Counties.
