Galicia is a difficult terrain to maneuver without the help of an Varietal/Blend: 100% Godello insider. It was Gerardo Mendéz of Do Ferreiro who was Farming: practicing organic / Lutte Raisonnée interested in creating a wine just for us that we could use as our Altitude / Exposure: 380-400m / multiple exposures house wine from Galicia, one that would represent our Soil: sand and slate longstanding affection for Galicia. This area is predominantly sandy soils with slate Aging: over 6 months of lees aging components. The site is located in the heart of Monterrei, in a Alcohol: 12.5% valley where the cool nights have extended the viticultural cycle.
