All roads led to Sarsfields GAA Club on Saturday 30th April where we were invited to an U15 Hurling Blitz as part of Sarsfields 1916 Commeration week with Carrigtwohill & Cobh. This was an excellently run blitz & a most enjoyable day had by all players. Our first match was against Sars where we narrowly lost after an epic battle by both sides. Our second match was against near neighbours Carrigtwohill where we came out on top & our final match was against a very strong Cobh team who were outright winners of the tournament on the day.
