| I AM RYERSON |

#23 Jayden Frederick The I AM RYERSON campaign launched in 2017 to raise funds to send children from priority neighbourhoods to our outstanding Ryerson Summer Day Camps. Our goal is to make sure that every child has the opportunity to experience the joy, friendship, and adventure of going to camp. The money raised from donations and purchases of I AM RYERSON apparel goes directly towards sending children to camp. For every $250 raised, we can send one child to camp and create a lasting impression on their lives. | ALPHABETICAL ROSTER | We are proud to say that in our first year we reached our goal of sending 100 kids to camp in the summer of 2018. For the 2018-19 season, I AM RYERSON 2.0 is looking to impact even more children, with the goal of sending 500 children to camp next summer. This year, the Rams Care program registered as an official charity at the Scotiabank Waterfront Marathon, with sponsorship and donations towards a runner going directly to sending kids to camp. The men’s basketball team sports the I AM RYERSON apparel for warmups to bring awareness to the campaign and show their support for helping our community.

RYERSONRAMS.CAMEDIA GUIDE MEN’SWE ARE BASKETBALL RAMS 77 | 2018-19 SEASON RECAP |

SEASON SUMMARY

Making their fifth straight appearance at the Final 8 national championship, the Ryerson Rams are looking to bring home their first W.P. McGee Trophy. The Rams have won medals at each of the last four national championships and have every expectation to extend that streak this year. Ryerson had a stellar regular season, opening the 2018-19 campaign with a perfect 10-0 record in the fall portion of the schedule. The Rams dropped their first game to the No. 1 ranked , but then got revenge on their OUA rival by beating the Ravens in Ottawa later in the season. That win helped the Rams earn the No. 1 national ranking for only the second time in the team’s history. Ryerson went on to finish the season with a 21-2 record and breezed through the OUA quarter-final over Ottawa and semifinal over the Laurier Golden Hawks to set up a rematch for the OUA with the Ravens.
