Introduction Academic and administrative records of William Woods University established in 1870 in Camden Point, Missouri, and moved to Fulton, Missouri, in 1890. Includes yearbooks, newspapers, newsletters, catalogs, student scrapbooks and photograph albums, and materials of Olympian Helen Stephens.
Donor Information The records were donated to the State Historical Society of Missouri by President Jahnae H. Barnett for William Woods University on 19 June 2008. Additions were made to the records by President Jahnae H. Barnett on 1 October 2010, Shawn Hull on 14 September 2017, and Jeneva Pace on 25 August 2020.
Restriction The Donor retains copyrights held in the Records, with the understanding that researchers are free to use and quote from any of the Records. Photographs in boxes 80, 90, 95, 104, 105, 121-123, and 132 have been digitized by the donor. Researchers should contact the Communications Office at William Woods University for digital files.
