Teachers of the Souland Music Insttute are a dynamic group of young talented european musicians always engaging themselves in creatng ambitous programmes in all classical music styles. The versatlity of the group comes especially from its unique compositon (Violin, Violin & Viola, Cello, Piano, Voice) which creates many solutons for any type of request or need. To name a few: Piano quartet, Voice & Piano, Violin & Piano, String Trio are just some of the possible combinatons the group can have.

Alexandra Loginova was born in a musical family in Russia. She began studying the violin at the age of 6 in Arts School and later contnued at College of Music in her hometown Tolyat.

Later she studied in Saratov State Conservatory with Michael Mindlin in violin and prof. Edward Gavrilenkov as quartet teacher as well as with prof. Tamaz Dzhegnaradze as chamber music. As an orchestra she has been a member of Malta Philarmonic Orchestra, playing in Malta Internatonal Organ Festval, and before that she was also a member of the Chamber Orchestra of Engels City, the Young Symphonie Orchestra of Volga Region and did tours through Europe. She has won compettons in Contemporary Music Performance, and develops a really enthusiastc career as music teacher.

Eleonora De Poi was born in Vitorio Veneto – Treviso/Italy in 1997. She began studying violin in her town at the age of six with Carlo Zambon and in 2011 she enrolled the Conservatory “A.Stefanii in Castelfranco Veneto (Treviso) where she was educated by Michele Lot and Stefano Pagliari and in 2016 she graduated with 10 cum lauda and honorable menton from the jury. She studied Chamber Music with Domenico Nordio, Filippo Faes, Trio di Parma (formed by Ivan Rabaglia, Enrico Bronzi and Alberto Miodini), Peter Brunt, Kees Koelmans, Paul Scheepers, Pascal Nemirovski and Pierre Amoyal.

She partecipated in several Masterclasses in Italy and abroad with Pavel Vernikov, Yair Kless, Svetlana Makarova, Salvatore Accardo, Massimo Belli, Giancarlo Nadai, Giovanni Guglielmo, Fabian Rieser and Thomas Christan. Untl 2016 she was a student in the Winter Masterclasses with Ilya Grubert and Eliot Lawson at the “Fondazione Musicale Santa Ceciliai in Portogruaro (Venezia). In 2016 she also graduated at the Language High School “F. Da Colloi in Conegliano (Treviso). From 2016 she studied at the Conservatorium Van with Ilya Grubert and Maria Milstein. Here she excellently graduated in the summer of 2018. She plays an ancient Italian Violin labelled “Antonius Mariae Lanza fecit Brixiae 1673i.

Actvites as an artst:i She has played in several concerts in the area of Treviso as well as in other parts of Italy. In 2007 she was chosen by Rassegna ESTA () to play in the Opening Concert of the Internatonal String Instruments Congress in Cremona. In 2011 she was invited to held a concert in Duino (Trieste) at the “Scuola Internazionale di Musica da Camera – Trio di Parmai. In 2012 she contributed to the realizaton of the Cd “In Omne Tempusi in Hamburg/Germany (Recorder:i Kurt e Gerhard Rudschuck). From 2007 to 2012 she was a member of the Youth Venetan Orchestra “Ecce Gratumi under the directon of Francesco Pavan and later she was a member of the Youth Baroque Orchestra “Baroquipi. In both she has performed as part of the orchestra, as well as soloist. She was also the Co-Leader of the Conservatory Symphony Orchestra of Castelfranco Veneto. In 2013 she formed a violin and piano chamber duo called “Duo Centnoirei with which she performed in several concerts and contests. During the summer of 2015 the Duo atended the Internatonal Masterclass in Duino (Trieste) held by “Trio di Parmai and was rewarded with a scholarship as best group. In 2016 she played as soloist and in orchestra in the Wiener Konzerthaus. She is ofen Concertmaster of several Orchestras and she was the Concertmaster of the Orchestra of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam since October 2017. She has performed many tmes in a lot of concerts in Italy, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Africa and China.

In October she was inalist at the 1st editon of the Natonal Competton “Renato De Barbierii in Mezzacorona (Trento) where she won the Concert prize “Comune di Lavisi 2014:i she won the 1st prize with her compositon “Libertasi at the irst editon of the Natonal contest “Al di qua e al di lt del iloi for the Holocaust Remembrance Day. 2015:i 2nd prize in the soloist category and 1st prize in the Chamber Music category at the irst editon of the “Premio Conteai (Treviso). In this year she also won the 2nd prize at the 7th editon of the Internatonal Competton “Giovani Musicist – Citt di Trevisoi with her Chamber Duo “Centnoirei and in September the same duo was one of the few Italian ensembles to be admited to the 2nd round of the Internatonal Music Chamber competton “Salieri-Zineii. 2016:i with “Scarlet Quartet (String quartet, in which she plays as irst violin) she has won the 1st prize at the Internatonal Competton “Giovani Musicist -Citt di Trevisoi; the 1st prize at the Internatonal Competton “Citt Piove di Saccoi; 1st absolute prize at the Internatonal Competton “Citt di Citadellai; 1st absolute prize, the Special Prize “Crescendoi and the important Special Prize “Farullii for the best string quartet at the Internatonal Competton “Premio Crescendoi of Florence. 2018:i she started studying Viola at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Richard Wolfe and she won the Second Prize at the Internatonal Music Competton “Citt di Trevisoi in the Viola secton. 2019:i she won a spot in the exclusive Masterclass with Salvatore Accardo, being selected between violinists from all over the world.

Born in Spain in 1993, Jorge Merchan started his cello studies at the Conservatory “Francis Poulenc” in Paris (France) at the age of 7. He started very young his actvites in orchestras, developing a huge passion since a very young age, being principal cello in Valladolid Professional Conservatory Orchestra, and member of CyL Youth Symphonic Band or BISYOC Orchestra (UK).

He studied his Bachelor in Cello Performance in Superior Conservatory of Aragon, with professor Fernando Arias (pupil of Natalia Shakhovskaya). He develops a great passion in chamber music, receiving lessons from the prestgious Quiroga Quartet, both in chamber music and string quartet. He graduates with the highest scores after defending his thesis, based on F. Chopin’ss Cello Sonata, and a research on how to translate Chopin’ss piano technique to the cello. He has received masterclasses from cellists such as Jens Peter Maintz (UDK Berlin), Asier Polo (Musikene, Spain), Nikolaus Trieb (Robert Schumann Musikhochschule), Suzana Stefanovic and Angel Luis Quintana (Principal Cellos of Spanish Radio and TV Orchestra), Michal Dmochowski (Reina Sofa School in ) or Thomas Kanitz (Principal Cello of Koln Chamber Orchestra). After graduatng in 20116, he contnued his studies at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, in Poland, with professor Piotr Hausenplas (Principal Cello of Polish Natonal Opera). He specializes in Early Music performance, with professor Agata Sapiecha; and String Quartet, with Pawel Losakiewick.

Since the beginning of his studies, he became enthusiastc about orchestras, being member as principal and tut of many youth orchestras. During the year 20117-20118 he becomes an academist of the Real Filharmonia de Galicia, being pupil of principal cello Plamen Velev, as part of his MASTER in Orchestral Studies at the University of Santago de Compostela (Spain). During that year he plays with conductors such as Christoph Konig, Paul Daniel or Jaime Martn, among others. He has also been a member of The Netherlands Youth Orchestra (NJO), Filarmonica de Valladolid or Orchestra of Aragon Kingdom, resident orchestra of the Riva del Garda Music Festval, playing with conductor Isaac Karabtchevsky and cello soloist Natalia Gutman. Jorge is also a teaching enthusiastc, with a MASTER in Teaching, in University of Santago de Compostela (Spain), passion which brought him to China. He is currently working in Souland Music Insttute (Hangzhou), in the role of cello, chamber music and youth string orchestra professor. He performs chamber music concerts regularly every month. In Hangzhou, has also been principal cello of the Ave Arts Orchestra, performing at Hangzhou Grand Theatre.

Massimiliano Turchi was born in Forlì, Italy, on the 5th of October 1992. He approached to music when he was a child showing a strong interest in playing the piano. During his young period he studied frst in the musical insttute of his hometown, and later in the academic year 2011/2012 he entered the Bachelor piano course of M.° Luigi Tanganelli at the Conservatory “B.Maderna” of Cesena where he graduated with 110 cum lauda. During his early years he won prizes in several natonal compettons (like the 3rd prize at the VIII Natonal Piano Competton “Citt di Riccione” and the 2nd prize at the XXV Natonal Piano Competton “J.S. Bach” of Sestri Levante) and partcipated in some internatonal ones; as well he studied Compositon with M.° Alessandro Ardizzoni. In 2011 he won the 2nd prize at the Natonal Piano Competton “Giulio Rospigliosi” and on the 18th of March of the same year he achieved excellent success during his frst soloist recital at the “Auditorium Cariromagna” of Forlì. In 2012 he won the First prize at the XI Natonal Piano Competton “Calcit” of Arezzo and the First prize at the Internatonal Piano Competton “Citt di Castglion Fiorentno”. In 2013 he won the frst prize at the XI natonal competton “Citt di Riccione” and also he was admited to the fnal of “Lions European Music Competton” held in representng the country of Italy.

In the academic year 2013/2014 he has started to study at the “Liszt Music Academy of Budapest” during his Erasmus course, with M° Baranyay Laszlo. In this year he started also to concentrate part of his studies in chamber music groups, performing in Hungary the quintet of Schumann and in duo with the violinist Marta Bratkovic in the Liszt Ferenc Kameraterem Concert Hall. In the year in Budapest he also followed masterclasses of Maurizio Baglini, Alexander Lonquich, Roberto Prosseda and Alan Walker. In 2014 he won the Second Prize at the Internatonal Piano Competton “Andrea Baldi” and he played also a recital in the Conservatory of Cesena “B.Maderna” for the music festval“Mercoledì Pianistci”. In the same year he also won several compettons in duo with the violinist Nicoló Grassi, and they performed in many places in Rome, Cesena and in the north. As a soloist in these years he also performed in diferent places in Italy, like Castrocaro, Florence and Garda.

He has graduated brilliantly as a Master in Piano Performance with Frank van de Laar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. During the years in Amsterdam he performed ofen in duo with the cellist Maya Fridman in many venues of Holland and with other chamber music groups, and as well he partcipated in some masterclasses including the ones of Robert Levine, Hakon Autsbo, Frank Peters, John Rink, Pavel Gililov and others. He as been admited to the Internatonal Piano Competton Istanbul Orchestra Sion and the Bremen European Piano Contest, and he was booked for concerts in the Netherlands for the year 2017/2018. Massimiliano has just won the Fourth Prize at the Shanghai Internatonal Young Piano Competton, and with this he ensured the partecipaton to the biggest Competton in the world in Malta in 2021 as one of the fnalists. He has been teaching privately and in some schools in Italy and started having a strong interest in teaching Piano and Chamber Music. He is now a Piano and Chamber Music Teacher at the Souland Music Insttute of Hangzhou, China.

Daniel’s passion for music sparked when he went the Royal Opera House and saw a producton of Puccini’s La Bohème. Since then he developed a career on the stages, doing his frst leading role as Javert in a producton of Les Miserables.

He has received lessons from Susan Roper, Andrew Slater, Rachel Nicholls, James Gilchrist, Helen Field and Mateo Dalle Frate, and has performed solos in Handel’s Messiah, Bach’s Magnifcat in D , Tönet ihr Pauken, Charpenter’s Te Deum, Purcell’s Te Deum and Thomas Tallis’ Lamentatons of Jeremiah I. He also developed an actvity in choirs performing major works such as Mozart’s Requiem and Coronaton Mass, Schubert’s Mass in G, Purcell’s My Beloved Spake, touring the UK and playing in venues such as Westminster Abbey and the Royal Shakespeare Company and being a member of the BBC Natonal Chorus of Wales. He studied at the University of Huddersfeld and has a master in Vocal Performance from Cardif University.

The TulipDuo was born in Amsterdam in September 2016. Created by two young Italian musicians, Eleonora De Poi (Violin & Viola) and Massimiliano Turchi (Piano), the duo has seen a wide excalaton in the music scenary in The Netherlands and abroad. Trained by teachers such as Ilya Grubert, Maria Milstein and Frank van de Laar, they have started to win various prizes in these years in Internatonal Chamber Music Compettons like: the Fourth Prize at the OnStage Internatonal Competton, the Second Prize at the Grand Prize Virtuoso Internatonal Music Competton, the Second Prize at the Internatonal Competton of Music "Citt di Treviso" and the First Prize at the Internatonal Music Competton "Rizzardo Bino" of Brescia. During the past years they have performed many tmes in The Netherlands, Italy and in London at the Elgar Room of the Royal Albert Hall. In the summer of 2017, the TulipDuo have been admited to the Masterclass in Lausanne (Switzerland) with Pierre Amoyal and Pavel Gililov, as one of the ten violin & piano duos selected out of all over the world applicants. This happened similarly again recently, as they have been selected as one of the eight Chamber Music groups selected to partecipate at the Internatonal Piano Chamber Music Festval & Competton of Birmingham 2018. They have been also the First Prize of the Competton "Giovanni Guglielmo" winning a recital in Padova in 2019 and they have been winners of the Concert Prize at the Internatonal Chamber Music Competton of Cremona. Their repertoire is always expanding, and it comprehends a variety of Romantc pieces (especially sonatas) as well as later ones (Respighi B Minor Sonata and the intense Medtner Second Violin Sonata). They have been working hand by hand also with musicians like Peter Brunt, Kees Koelmans, Paul Scheepers and Pascal Nemirovski.
