It was announced January 27, 2020, that Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania native and Central Columbia High School graduate Doug Davis will manage the RailRiders for the 2021 season. He is the 13th manager in SWB franchise history, and just the fifth in Yankees-era history (2007-Present). He joins (2007- 15), Al Pedrique (16-17), Bobby Mitchell (2018) and Jay Bell (2019) as SWB skippers to serve under the Yankees affiliation.

Davis enjoyed an 11-year professional career, which included spending parts of two years in Major League . He spent three seasons coaching with the RailRiders under three different managers, serving as the Defensive in 2017 under Pedrique, the Coach in 2018 under Mitchell and the Bench Coach in 2019 under Bell.

Davis, 58, has been in coaching since 1995, serving as a minor league manager for eight seasons. As a manager, he owns a career 515-484 record including championships with Pittsfield in the NY- Penn League in 1997 and Capital City (Columbia, SC) in the in 1998. From 2007-2016 he was on staff in the system and before that he spent two seasons in the big leagues as the Florida Marlins bench coach from 2003-04, winning the World Series against the Yankees in 2003 with former SWB Pitching Coach Tommy Phelps on the roster.

In between coaching stints, Davis served as the Minor League Field Coordinator for the (2001), Florida Marlins (2002, 2005), and Toronto Blue Jays (2009-2016).

Selected in the ninth round of the 1984 MLB Draft out of NC State, the former played professionally for 11 seasons between 1984 and 1994 in the minor league systems of California, Kansas City and Texas. PITCHING COACH DUSTIN GLANT BATS: RIGHT THROWS: RIGHT HEIGHT: 6'2" WEIGHT: 200 LBS BORN: JULY 20, 1981 DID YOU KNOW? RESIDES: TAMPA, FL DUSTIN BEGAN HIS COACHING CAREER IN 2013 AS A VOLUNTEER ASSISTANT AT BALL STATE.

Glant enters his second year within the Yankees system, having been tabbed as the Pitching Coach for Staten Island last year prior to the season’s cancelation. He was the pitching coach for Ball State University (2017-19), where his Cardinals staff led NCAA Division I with an 11.1 K/9.0IP ratio in 2019 and set a school record for the third straight season with 628.

Glant was originally selected by Arizona in the seventh round of the 2003 First-Year Player Draft and pitched in 264 games over six seasons in the Diamondbacks organization, reaching Triple-A in his final two campaigns. He finished his career with stints in the Mexican League (2009-10), Northern League (2009-10) and American Association (2011).

Dykes joined the Yankees organization last year after spending 2019 with Indiana University as their hitting coach. The Hoosiers won the 2019 Big Ten regular season championship and led all of Division I in home runs during the regular slate. Prior to his time with Indiana, Dykes was the hitting coach and recruiting coordinator at Virginia Military Institute (2015-18) and spent two seasons as an assistant at his alma mater, Western Kentucky University (2013-14).

COACH RAÚL DOMIGUEZ

Dominguez begins his first season with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and his 14th in the Yankees organization in 2020. He spent the last two seasons as the defensive coach for -A Trenton, and served in the same role for A-Advanced Tampa in 2017. Dominguez also has extensive managerial experience in the organization, serving as the skipper for the GCL Yankees East (2016), DSL Yankees 1 (2011-15) and DSL Yankees 2 (2009-10). He guided the Yankees to the DSL semifinals in 2015, and finished at least 10 games over .500 in four consecutive seasons from 2012-15. Dominguez was signed by the Yankees as a non- drafted free agent in 2001.

COACH CAONABO COSME BATS: RIGHT THROWS: RIGHT HEIGHT: 6'2" WEIGHT: 180 LBS BORN: MARCH 18, 1979 DID YOU KNOW? R ESIDES: LA VEGA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC CAONABO WAS THE HITTING COACH FOR THE GCL YANKEES 1 FOR TWO SEASONS, HELPING THEM LEAD THE GCL IN ALL THREE TRIPLE SLASH CATEGORIES IN 2015 (.267/.351/.372).

Cosme enters his 10th season in the Yankees organization and his first with the RailRiders. He was scheduled to serve as a defensive coach for the Yankees’ former Double-A Trenton affiliate before the 2020 season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cosme was the manager of the DSL Yankees from 2018-19 and spent six seasons with the Yankees from 2010-15 with a stint in Atlanta's organization in the middle. He was signed by the Athletics as a minor league free agent in 1995 and played in parts of 13 minor league seasons (1996-2008) in the A’s, Cardinals, Yankees, Reds and Tigers organizations, batting a combined .257 with 231 doubles, 57HR and 447RBI in 1,127 career games.

ATHLETIC TRAINER DARREN LONDON

BORN: DECEMBER 26, 1966 DID YOU KNOW: LONDON GRADUATED RESIDES: GROVE CITY, OHIO FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MAINE - ORONO WITH A B.S. IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND A MINOR IN COACHING.

London returns for his 28th consecutive season as the athletic trainer of the Yankees’ Triple-A affiliate. He was the International League’s Trainer of the Year in both 2006 and 2012. London’s baseball career began in 1989 with the Class-A Prince William Cannons in the Carolina League. He graduated from the University of Maine-Orono, earning a B.S. in physical education with a coaching minor.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING LARRY ADEGOKE

BORN: APRIL 3, 1993 DID YOU KNOW: RESIDES: GAINESVILLE, FL LARRY PLAYED JUNIOR HOCKEY IN ATLANTA, PHILADELPHIA AND WASHINGTON, D.C.

Adegoke joined the Yankees organization on a full-time basis in 2018, spending two years in Pulaski and was tabbed for Charleston last year. He served as the Yankees performance science assistant in the spring of 2017. Adegoke graduated with a B.S. in exercise science from Kennesaw State University (Ga.), where he also spent time as a strength and conditioning intern for the football team. He earned his M.S. in exercise and nutrition science from the University of Tampa.
