ORDER

Sri M. Srinivas filed a complaint dated 17-07-2018 which was received by this Commission on 19-07-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ Deputy Tahsildar, Armoor Mandal, Nizamabad District.

The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 28-10-2017 before the Village Revenue Officer, Marampally requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC

The Village Revenue Officer, Marampally through Letter dated 15-12-2017 furnished available information to the complainant.

The Complainant filed application dated 17-01-2018 before the Public Information Officer/ Mandal Revenue Officer, Nandipet. Inturn, the Public Information Officer/ Tahsildar, Nandipet through Memo No. A2/98/2018 dated 01-02-2018 furnished available information to the complainant.

Stated that the complainant was not satisfied with the reply of the Public Information Officer, he preferred this complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by her u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

Basing on the material papers available on record, the complaint is taken on file and notices were sent to the parties concerned directing them to appear before this Commission for hearing on 13-08-2019 at Hyderabad.

Heard the Public Information Officer and perused the records.

The Public Information Officer/ Deputy Tahsildar, Armoor Mandal, Armoor stated that that he furnished information on 06-02-2018.

However, this Commission directs the Public Information Officer to furnish the complete information once again to the complainant within 2 days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to this Commission.

If the complainant is not satisfied with the information furnished by the Public Information Officer, the Public Information Officer / Deputy Tahsildar, Armoor Mandal, Armoor is directed to keep the related records for verification on 27-08-2019 of the complainant, to this effect the Public Information Officer is directed to inform the same to the complainant by giving advance notice to the complaint, and submit a compliance report about inspection to this Commission.

With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
