External Relations, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Development • Head administrator for content coordination for marketing efforts on department website which includes fan programming, gameday presentation, graphics, video, audio, advertising, merchandise, photos, auctions, camps, and support pages on bceagles.com • Head administrator for department’s social media marketing, daily content, campaigns, and social media hub • Negotiate business terms and coordinate execution with general counsel, procurement, and risk management of business contracts for the athletic department. This includes sponsorship, equipment, as well as service contracts • Develop and execute department’s annual marketing, sponsorship, and advertising campaigns utilizing budgets which consist of more than $500,000 for traditional and new advertising media to generate sales, attendance, and engagement for the department and our partners • Administer university licensing program, overseeing use and maintenance of BC marks program on campus, at retail, and online merchandising, as well as partnership with Follett bookstore, Collegiate Licensing Company, and our partners to maximize positive exposure for the university • Primary liaison with Atlantic Coast Conference and Conference offices relative to marketing initiatives, game management, fan experience, sportsmanship, best practice sharing, and conference guidelines • Support current Greater Heights 150mm fundraising campaign with varsity club engagement targeting more than 5,000 former student-athletes with annual benefits, recognitions, and programming • Oversee graphic design for marketing and email database for athletic department • Coordinate with BC alumni association home, road, and postseason programming and hospitality packages for fans • Athletics liaison for concessions, gameday merchandise, and program sales for department • Oversee the department’s community charitable program assisting more than 650 fundraising programs in 2018-19

HIGHLIGHTS

• Developed marketing and sales plan that generated more than $9.5 million in ticket sales revenue for 2018-19 athletic season • Grew corporate sponsorships cash and barter from $2.5 million in 2003 to $8.5 million in 2018-19 with over 90 partners, 11 of which were long-term commitments of six figures plus annually • Coordinated bid process and negotiated multi-year annual seven-figure all team sponsorship agreement with Under Armour • Negotiated and manage athletics annual pouring rights sponsorship with Coca-Cola 2001-present • Food and beverage athletics concession sales profits have increased from $300,000 in 2015 to more than $800,000 annually in 2018-19 • Oversaw gross merchandise sales of $7 million with department royalties of more than $450,000 in 2018-19 • Lead fan experience for over 300,000 fans who attended BC athletics events in 2018-19 • Coordinated Boston’s College; In America’s Best Sports Town, We Are BC, and Go Eags marketing campaigns • Led resource development and planning for new high definition control room and video boards in in 2010 • Led effort in investing in outbound ticket sales office which generated more than $600,000 in new revenue in 2019 • Led effort to coordinate and install distributed antenna system in Alumni valued at $3.1 million to enhance game-day cell and data service • Coordinated campus-wide cost marketing and print efficiency strategic plan to save university more than $500,000 and coordinate more effective guidelines and communication • Increased web page views to 1.3 million monthly in-season views and more than 161,000 monthly in-season unique visitors • Men’s ice hockey national championship marketing and national championship execution 2001, 2008, 2010, and 2012 • Created “Ice Jam” as winter sports season kick-off with half court half ice set-up hosted by NBC’s Bob Costas in year one and ESPN’s Steve Levy in year two • Created “Be Challenged” reading and fitness community program partnering with local schools to reward students who achieve success within their school curriculum • Coordinated transition of BC men’s and women’s ski programs to Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association in 2011 • Developed and executed Hockey East Conference request for proposal for championship sponsorship rights • Launched student fan club to identify, coordinate, and reward campuses most loyal athletic fans • On planning team that coordinated Frozen Fenway hockey games at in 2010 and 2012
