Dear Bride,

This Bridal Agreement will confirm the wedding services, prices, names and numbers of your wedding party. It’s important to reserve the date(s) and time(s) of the services to be rendered by Fringe Studio Stylists in order to secure your time slots. This agreement must be completed and returned, along with a 50% deposit in order to reserve your requested services and times.

Wedding Day

On the wedding day, hair and make up will be done following a schedule. The bride will be sent a timeline for the “day of” via email that she must approve prior to the wedding day. The bride must communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared to her bridal party. We ask that everyone arrive at least 15 min before their scheduled time slot. If someone misses their appointment time, they may not be able to receive their service. ______(initial)

People receiving hair services should arrive with clean, dry hair, with no flat ironing. Blow drying is NOT included in the hair service unless previously discussed and agreed upon. Please wear a button down top or something easily removed without going overhead. For makeup, skin should be clean with a light application of moisturizer and lip balm.______(initial)

The stylist needs a designated space to set up when on location. The bride is responsible for clearing an area before the stylist arrives. The stylist will need a work area with a chair near an outlet in a no walk-through traffic area. Good light and a mirror is a plus! Please make sure the location has adequate lighting, ventilation, and electrical supply prior to day of. _____(initial)

Photo Release Approval

I, ______authorize my hair stylist/make-up artist to use my photos for websites, advertisements, or social media. Fringe Studio will always get the photographer’s permission before posting any professional photos.

Contract Terms

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. We must receive your deposit and signed contract in order to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance will be paid in two installments; 25% of the total will be due two weeks prior to the wedding date and your credit card will be auto-run on that day. The remaining balance is due on the wedding date; your credit card will be auto-run on this day or a check can be given to your stylist on-site. Your deposits will be applied in the form of a gift certificate, which will expire the day after your wedding. ______(initial)

Changes/Adjustments

Any changes to the contract after it’s been signed will only be accepted in writing via email by the person who signed the contract and/or the additional point of contact. Changes will not be effective until written approval is provided by Fringe. _____(initial)

Substitutions are permitted at your stylists’ discretion. Additional services may be accommodated if time permits. Cancellations and no shows are non-refundable. ______(initial)

Fees

 20% Gratuity is added to any job requiring on-site services  $100 fee for a start time before 7:00 am will be applied to morning weddings  $150 holiday fee will apply to weddings scheduled on nationally recognized holidays (example: New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day)  A mileage/travel fee will be applied for on-site locations per below. Mileage/travel time is based on travel time with a starting point from the studio (2750 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX, 76092). ______(initial)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the wedding date are fully refundable. If you cancel 14- 59 days prior to your wedding date your 50% deposit is non- refundable. If you cancel within 13 days or less of the wedding date you will be responsible for 100% of the total wedding day rate quoted for all appointments as detailed below. ______(initial)

Should the stylist(s) have a personal emergency that prevents her from performing services as agreed, all efforts will be made for a replacement stylist to be present to perform the contracted services. Should an emergency occur so last minute that no stylist can be made available, all fees will be refunded. You understand that this is a legal binding contract and that all information provided on this form can and will be used to help both the bride and service providers render services.
