Bathroom The main routes into this corner of are the A77 coming south from Ayr and Glasgow this is a very scenic route a large part of which follows the Ayrshire Coast and travelling west from Carlisle and Dumfries it’s the A75. The County town of Ayr is approximately 49 miles, Prestwick Airport approx 53 miles, Dumfries approx 71 miles and Carlisle approx 106 miles.

Kitchen General Comments The Wee Byre is served by LPG heating and the LPG storage tank is situated underground in an area of ground adjacent to the Sandmill Courtyard. Sandmill is served by mains water and electricity however we are advised that a spring also serves Sandmill and our clients currently use this external private supply.

A communal septic tank serves The Wee Byre and the 2 other adjacent dwellings. The aforementioned holiday lodge will have its own septic tank.

The Holiday Lodge and stone built building are also offered for sale with a property known as the Big Byre, Sandmill. Prospective buyers should check on the availability of either of these properties.
