The Assistant Engineer, LSGD Section, Vadakkencherry for and on behalf of the Vadakkencherry Gramapanchayat , invites online bids from financially sound and well experienced registered 'A' class / 'B' Class / 'C' Class/ 'D' Class Contractors / Firm of Kerala Public Works Department Irrigation Department or LSG Department, Government Agencies, Accredited Agencies, and Co-operative Societies approved by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies having valid Contractor License with PWD etc.

1 Tender documents and tender schedule may be downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. A bid submission fee of Rs 1260/- shall be remitted as online payment.

All bid/ tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designated over(s)/ envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/ bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The scanned copies of registration certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, Preliminary Agreement, Bid Capacity certificate and EMD exemption certificate (if any) shall be submitted online and subsequently in a separate cover physically. More details on EMD & Cost of Tender documents/ bid submission fee are mentioned in the Form 83 document.

The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Assistant Engineer, LSGD section, by the Assistant Engineer or the Person authorized by him / Competent Tender Opening Authority in the presence of the Bidders / their representatives who wish to attend at the above address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at same time and place.

Online Tenders/ bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/- . Tenders/ bids received online without the scanned copy preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Further details can be had from the NIT or Office of the Assistant Engineer, LSGD Section, Vadakkencherry during working hours.

All other existing conditions related to e-tendering of Kerala PWD and LSGD will be applicable in this tender also. The Public Works Department will not be

2 responsible for any error like missing of schedule data while downloading by the Bidder.
