PRESIDENT'S COLUMN

NINETY December 1st'. That means 1945 is just about an ob solete number, but it was a good number, wasn't it? V-E day and V-J day; husbands, brothers, beaus and NINES other loved ones at home, coming home or out of danger; practically all rationing ended; and flying for pleasure again on the up-and-up.

Now, for 1946'. A brand new number just loaded with opportunities for a banner year for the NINETY- NINES. 1 fairly burst with enthusiasm when I read about or hear from the various sections and chap ters all agog over the good times enjoyed at recent get-togethers and the plans made for future fun and work. Remember - The more we get together The happier we will be.

During the winter time, I must admit that 1 am a bit timid about barging around the country in the face of uncertain weather, but 1 would like to have advance notices of your meeting places, times and dates with the thought in mind that I might NEWS drop in to get better acquainted with each NINETY- LETTER NINE member.
