Makes ¾ cup 1. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, , vinegar, and sugar. Season with Italian seasoning, ½ cup mayonnaise garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 cup 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and water. Stir in the tarragon and 6 tablespoons olive oil season with salt and pepper.
