Balsamic Vinaigrette
Makes 1 cup 1. Place first 5 ingredients in blender and process until blended. With blender on high, add oil in a steady stream ½ cup balsamic vinegar and process until smooth. Refrigerate in airtight container. 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar

½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon xanthan gum
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Thousand Island Dressing Makes 1¼ cups 1. Process ingredients in blender. Refrigerate in airtight container. 1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chili sauce, Heinz
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon chopped canned pimientos (optional)
1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried chives or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives

Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette Makes 1 cup 1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, thyme, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper. ½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Ranch Dressing
Makes 1½ cups 1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, Itlaian parsley, green onions and garlic until ¾ cup mayonnaise smooth. Add a little more milk to the mixture if you like it thinner or a little more mayonnaise if you like it thicker. ½ cup milk of choice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped

Creamy Italian Dressing
Makes ¾ cup 1. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, and sugar. Season with Italian seasoning, ½ cup mayonnaise garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
2 green onions, chopped
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Italian Dressing
Makes 1½ cups 1. Combine water, vinegar, parsley, cheese, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic and salt and pepper in a jar. Cover ½ cup water tightly and shake vigorously. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. ½ cup red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons Italian parsley, chopped
4 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, or soy Parmesan, Soyco, freshly grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Soy Ginger Dressing
Makes 1¼ cups 1. In a small bowl or glass jar, whisk together all dressing ingredients except oil. Whisking constantly, add oil in a 6 tablespoons wheat-free tamari soy sauce (low thin, steady stream. Refrigerate dressing until ready to sodium), San-J use.
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
3 green onions, finely chopped

Poppyseed Dressing
Makes 1 cup 1. In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, whisk sugar, mustard, and salt together until well blended. Add 1 tablespoon sugar vinegar, lemon juice and canola oil and shake vigorously until the mixture thickens. 1 teaspoon dry mustard, Durkee 2. Add the poppy seeds and shake again. Use this ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt dressing whenever a recipe calls for poppyseed dressing, such as mixed greens, fruit salads, or as a dip 4 tablespoons white vinegar for vegetables. Chill unused portion.

Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing
Makes 1 cup 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic and water. Stir in the tarragon and 6 tablespoons olive oil season with salt and pepper.
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Makes 1¼ cups 1. Combine raspberries, plus all remaining ingredients, except olive oil, in blender. With blender on, add oil in ¼ cup fresh raspberries thin stream. Strain dressing through fine sieve to remove solids. Refrigerate, tightly covered. ¼ cup raspberry vinegar
