DEPARTMENTAL NOTICES ______NOTICE UNDER THE LIQUOR ACT ______PETITION FOR THE CANCELLATION OF LICENCES AND AGAINST THE FURTHER ISSUE OF LICENCES TO SELL BEER ______Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 238 of The Liquor Act, that a petition for the cancellation of licences and against the further issue of licences to sell beer under section 257 of The Liquor Act, in the Village of Midale has been received by the Liquor Board and the question will be submitted to a vote of the electors entitled to vote thereon a day to be determined by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. Dated at Regina, this 20th day of August, 1951.
