LOCAL PLANNING POLICY FRAMEWORK 21.04-4 Following Clause 21.04-3, insert a new Clause 21.04-4 in accordance with Attachment 1. The “Settlement” section of the MSS is updated to account for the township objectives, strategies and issues identified in the restructure plans.

OVERLAYS 45.04 Following Clause 45.03, insert new Clause 45.04 from the VPP. This is to provide for road closures as identified in the restructure plans.

45.05 Following Clause 45.05, insert a new Schedule in accordance with Attachment 2. Introduces restructure plans for all of the townships/areas affected by the Restructure Overlay.

GENERAL PROVISIONS 61.01-61.04 Opposite “Maps comprising part of this scheme”, following 36LSIO-FO, delete 22RFO and 23RFO, Updates the list of maps to account for Schedule and following 21PAO, insert Road Closure Overlay maps: 9RXO, 10RXO, 11RXO, 13RXO, new or replacement Restructure 14RXO, 15RXO, 16RXO, 17RXO, 21RXO, 23RXO, 27RXO and 32RXO, and Restructure Overlay Overlay and Road Closure Overlay maps: 7RO, 9RO, 10RO, 11RO, 13RO, 14RO, 15RO, 16RO, 17RO, 21RO, 23RO, 24RO, 27RO maps, and deletes two RFO maps for and 32RO. the purposes of correcting an error arising from the introduction of Planning Scheme Amendment C6.

Introduces and/or amends the Restructure Overlay (RO) and introduces restructure plans for the townships or areas of Beetoomba, Berringama, Bethanga, Cudgewa, Eskdale, Granya, Mitta Mitta, Nariel, Old Tallangatta, Tallangatta Valley, Thowgla Upper, Tintaldra, Walwa, and Towong. Introduces the Road Closure Overlay (RXO) for areas identified in the restructure plans. Corrects a mapping error relating to two RFO maps. Corrects a mapping error by deleting the Rural Floodway Overlay (RFO) from the Planning Scheme.
