She is a part of the Mount Albert Gram- mar School Aquatics Academy and the Mount Albert Grammar School Swim- ming Club. She is currently a year 12 student at Mount Albert Grammar School. To compete competitively, Brearna trains eighteen hours a week at the Mount Albert Aquatic Centre. “Some days it’s difficult to find a balance between every part of my life,” she says. “There is never such thing as an ‘easy’ training”.
