We’ve always done things a bit differently in Kopparberg but one thing that’s stayed the same is our recipe which uses the town’s naturally-occurring soft water and has done since we started making cider in 1930. Einstok Pale Ale (5.4%) American and Bavarian craft come together with the finest Icelandi water to create the Viking version of the Pale Ale, where robust hoppiness meets smooth malty undertones. Einstok White Ale (5.2%) Brewed in the centuries-old Belgian tradition, our White Ale features the complex flvors of the classic witbier, including orange peel and coriander – all brewed with pure Icelandic water that delivers a cool smoothness that is flvorful and refreshingly drinkable. Carlsberg Brewery Tuborg (4.0%) Tuborg Green is a bottom-fermented lager beer. It’s brewed on lager malt, a slightly roasted, bright type of malt which results in the well-known mild, fresh taste and aroma of flowers and grain. Other Scandinavian Brews HARTWALL ORIGINAL (5.5%) Hartwall Original Long Drink is a crisp mixed drink that blends the refreshing taste of gin with the tang of grapefruit or cranberry. The beverage was launched for the Helsinki Olympics in 1952 with an eye on lightening the workloads of restaurant staff as they served Olympic tourists. The ready-mixed, bottled Long Drink was such a big hit among Finns that the company decided to keep it on the market.
