Lucky Jayawardana,— To ask the Minister of Sports,—(2) (a) Will he inform this house — (i) whether money had been allocated for the improvement of school playgrounds and rural playgrounds in Kandy District during the period from 2010 to 2015; (ii) if so, of the total sum of money, allocated for that; (iii) of the number of playgrounds, constructed all over the District; (iv) separately, the aforesaid playgrounds, according to Divisional Secretariat Divisions; and (v) separately, of the amounts of money ,allocated for that purpose? (b) Will he also inform this House— (i) whether there are playgrounds for which money had been allocated and construction works have been completed; (ii) if so, of them according to divisions; (iii) of the number of playgrounds that has not been completed; (iv) of the amount of money further needed to complete the construction works of aforesaid playgrounds; (v) whether measures will be taken to provide aforesaid money; and (vi) if so, the aforesaid date?
