Scott Baird is excited to work with all the talented students here at MPAC! When he is not working at MPAC, you can find him performing all over New Jersey, working at the Drama program at Montville Township HS, and with special needs students in Parsippany. He graduated from Montclair State University where he received a B.A. in Theatre Studies concentrating in Directing. Favorite roles include: Lord Farquaad (Shrek, MPAC), Emmett (Legally Blonde, Barn Theatre), Leo Frank (Parade, Old Library Theatre), Bud Frunp (H2$, Cranford Dramatic Club), Thenardier (Les Miserables, New Vision Players), Fredrick (Young Frankenstein, Old Library Theatre) Leo Bloom (The Producers, Brundage Park Playhouse), and many more! Directing credits include: Brighton Beach Memoirs, Catch Me If You Can, Oliver, Pippin, Big Fish, Legally Blonde, & The Drowsy Chap- erone.

Jenny Boeckel has been teaching classes at the Performing Arts School for ten years and loves working with students of all ages. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College Where she majored in theatre and dance. After college Jenny spent time performing with the National Tour of . She moved to New Jersey in 2007 and began teaching drama and dance at various studios and per- forming arts centers before going back to school to obtain her certification in Elementary Education. She spent four years teaching 2nd grade before returning to the Mayo Performing Arts Center.

Jim Conroy (SAG-AFTRA) is an Actor/Writer. His 18 years in the industry runs the gamut from Voice Overs featured in commercials, cartoons, animated film and video games, to OnCamera work in film, television, commercials and interactive gaming. His work for “Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman” on PBS has garnered Jim five Emmy Nominations over the 100 episode series. Currently, Jim can be seen as the spokesperson for TD Ameritrade’s Green Room campaign.

Dave DeVito is a comedian currently living in Los Angeles. He has performed aboard the largest cruise ships in the world for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, brought his act to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland, and toured all over the continent of Australia. He was voted "Best Stand-Up" at The Los Angeles Comedy Festival and "Best of the Fest" at the San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival.

Darius Frowner is a pianist, musical director and teaching artist. He has worked at the Perform- ing Arts School since it started 10 years ago. He studied music at Rutgers University, and piano with Barry Harris. Outside of his work with children, Darius is very involved in the Cabaret scene in Man- hattan, and has won awards for his work as musical directory with Broadway artists. He often coach- es performers for Broadway auditions, and plays for and assists major casting directors.

Dayna Grayber has been teaching private voice, performing and directing around the NYC/NJ area for the past eight years. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Emerson College and her Master’s in Music for Vocal Performance: Music Theater from NYU: Steinhardt. National Tours in- clude: The Producer’s and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. When she returned to New York, she continued to perform Off-Broadway, Regionally, direct locally and privately teach vocal technique, song interpretation, and audition technique.

Justin Anthony Long A seasoned improviser, Justin has performed at Stand-Up NY, Broadway Comedy Club, Ha!, The Gotham, New York CC, and trained with the Upright Citizens Brigade. Some recent credits include playing Donny Osmond in the recent world premiere musical For the Love of the Glove, Pennywise and Bill in the musical parody of Stephen King's IT at the Rockwell in Los Ange- les. Some other credits include Mutt House with Center Theatre Group, and Joseph & the Amazing... with MPAC & 3-D Theatricals, and Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street. As a comedy writer, some credits include Benjamin Franklin & the Legend of the Vajra (LiveReadLA), City of Dreams (NY Times, USA Today, Playbill), the musical comedy Welcome to Shoofly (ASCAP/ DreamWorks MT Workshop), and the musical comedy Cookie Soirée (Theatre Now NY). Lauren Moran Mills has been working professionally throughout NJ as a Director, Choreographer and Teaching Artist for the past 17 years. She has worked at 12Miles West, Dreamcatcher Rep, The Growing Stage Theater, Pushcart Players, and most notably The Women’s Theater Company where she directed and or choreographed a myriad of plays and musicals. Favorites include, Always…Patsy Cline, Working, A Grand Night for Singing, The World Goes Round, The Last Five Years, Romance Romance, and the critically received, Side By Side By Sondheim. She cohosts a weekly radio pro- gram called Chewing the Scenery with Lauren and Danny on internet station homegrownradionj.org dedicated to supporting the theater and arts scene in and around NY and NJ.

Jon Rodriguez is an actor, director and theater instructor. He studied with Cathy Roy as a teen, has a degree from the University of the Arts in musical theater, and has traveled the country with numerous shows including a four year stint in Las Vegas as Joe Pesci in Jersey Boys.

Jayme Wappel joined the MPAC family as choreographer for past year’s main stage musicals and Grease. Choreographic credits include: Oklahoma!, Joseph and the Amazing…, Beauty & the Beast, Seussical, Guys & Dolls, Godspell. Performance credits include: West Side Story (Paper Mill Playhouse); Guys & Dolls (Goodspeed Opera House); Mary Poppins, Thoroughly Modern Mille, Starlight Express (Tuacahn Amphitheater); Yo, Vikings!
