Looking west along the lane - the deep part of Hagleys Dumble is to the right. 3. The Dumble is deep and steep sided at this end - impassable 4. The lane further west 5. Hagg Ley Lane close to point it turns north to emerge from the wood. 6. The lane where it turns north 7. The Dumble at this point is still quite deep and difficult to cross because of the steep sides 8. The Lane emerges from Hagg Ley Wood at the head of the deep valley.
