Manufacturing Process with Chemical Reactions

Manufacturing Process Of: -

Manufacturing Process of UF-Resin

 Take the required quantity of Formalin in the Kettle and raise Ph to8.5 to9.0 using Caustic Solution.  Charge required quantity of Urea and maintain the Ph at 8.5 to9.0  Start heating and at 60 0C Charge the required quantity of PVA and maintain the above maintained PH  Raise the temperature to around 90-92 0C and reflux for 2 hours.  After reflux add acid to bring down the Ph to 5.0 to7.0  Cook until the water tolerance comes to 1:4-5 and flow times 14-16 second.  At this stage add Caustic solution to Raise Ph to 8.0 -9.0  Start cooling until the temperature comes down to ambient temperature.  Water tolerance ,Solid Content, flow time and Ph should be 1:2-4,47-50 %,18-25 second and 8-9 respectively

For proposed Project total water consumption will be 8,000L/Day. This water is met from MIDC water supply. Domestic wastewater will be discharge to soak pit via septic tank system.

• There will be no industrial effluent generated from proposed products. • The cooling blow down will be used in process water. • So, there will no effluent generated from our unit as we will be using water for manufacture. Hence we will achieve zero discharge. • We will provide for Water Harvesting and use all rain water of Roof tops of Sheds and Buildings ( apprx 500 sq. mts ) for water harvesting.
