Prices This list cancels all previous prices and is subject to change without notice

Minimums There is a minimum order of 100 pieces.

Shipping Season Shipping season for deciduous stock begins after January 1. Deciduous stock cannot be dug until after the first hard freeze. Due to varied weather conditions, we cannot guarantee to ship on the exact date you request. We make every effort to ship on or as close as possible to the requested date. 99% of all shipments are shipped on time.

All shipments are made on a first come, first serve basis (stock permitting) and requires pre-payment in full. All stock is affected subject to crop loss, strike, government regulations and any other condition beyond our control.

Due to the high volume of orders, and information demands on our office and sales staff, we cannot call in advance of orders being shipped; Ship dates are required when placing an order. If one is not specified the order will be held until we are contacted by the customer. Two weeks notice must be given on all ship date requests. All other orders will be shipped on or as close as possible to the requested date.

Order Changes & Cancellations Please be as accurate as possible when ordering your stock so that cancellations will be minimal. We understand our customers need to change their order as spring approaches, but because we need to maintain an accurate inventory available for sales, we ask that you please make all order changes and cancellations before March 1st. Once stock is reserved for a customer we assume they are taking the full amount which in many cases causes us to be sold out of and inventory causing it to be unavailable to other customers. It is for this reason we ask that if any order changes are needed you make them by March 1st in order to insure us the opportunity to sell our entire inventory. Order cancellation after that date in many cases cause us to have excess product which is destroyed at the end of the year. We would also like to state that if order changes take place within 30 days prior of ship date we can not guarantee on time delivery dates.

Terms 25% deposit is required with order; your stock is not reserved until we receive your deposit. Balance due 7 days prior to shipment of trees. Full payment must accompany orders of $100 or less. Returned checks will incur a $20.00 charge.

Shipping Orders are available for pick up or can be shipped UPS or thru a common carrier (LTL). For all UPS and LTL orders add 18% shipping and handling. There is a minimum $25.00 charge for UPS shipments. If actual shipping costs exceed the estimated amounts, you will be billed and are responsible for paying the difference. In most cases orders containing conifer and deciduous transplants will cost more than 18%. We will do our best to minimize shipping cost on these items but the customer is responsible for paying the difference. For pick-up orders there is a 5% packaging and handling charge. This will be waived on pick-up orders if order is paid in full prior to pick-up. Split Shipments We reserve the right to split ship your order when weather conditions prevent us from digging your full order. If you cannot accept split shipments, shipment of your entire order will be delayed. It is not uncommon for boxes to be separated during shipment; therefore, we ask that you wait a day before reporting missing shipments.

Sales Tax Residents of Michigan are subject to a 6% sales tax unless Tax ID# is given. Out of state purchases picking up orders are subject to same conditions.

Payment methods To avoid delay, please include full payment with order. We only accept payment thru check, money order or Credit Card.
