ARREST OF ACCUSED IN MURDER CASE OF NRSC SCIENTIST IN 48 HOURS Cr.No. 784/2019 U/s 302 IPC of SR Nagar Police.

It is a case of Murder registered on 01-10-2019 at 2000 hours of Sri S. Suresh Kumar, aged about 56 years Occ: Scientist in NRSC Balanagar, Hyderabad on complaint of Smt.Inidra Suresh Kumar, W/o S.Suresh Kumar, r/o Flat No S2, Annapurna Apartment, D.K.Road, Hyderabad Scene of Crime: -

In Flat No S2, Annapurna Apartment, Dharam Karam Road, S.R Nagar, Hyderabad in which door was looked from outside, with the assistance of Police, open the lock and found her husband was dead with Head Injuries on the floor in a pool of blood.

Complainant : -

Smt. Indira Suresh Kumar W/o S. Suresh Kumar, age 52 years, Occ:- Manager Indian Bank, Perungalathur Branch at Chenna, r/o of Plot.No. 35 F1, M.M.Manor Lakshmi Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai. She has informed to her relatives that her husband (deceased) is not lifting the phone on her request her relatives who are staying in the same apartment in ground floor went and found the door was locked from outside and informed the same to her. She immediately came to Hyderabad in the evening, with the assistance of the Police, the door was broken before the relatives.

Investigation:-

Investigation was taken up by forming three teams by ACP Panjagutta to eliminate any professional issues and if there are any family issues. After eliminating above reasons, evidence collected so far is as follows:-

1) CCTV footages of movement of suspects. 2) Fingerprint recovered at Crime scene. 3) Phone of deceased.

Accused:-

Based on above investigation Janagama Srinivas S/o. J. Lingaiah, aged 39 years Occ: Lab Technician in Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, , R/o. Sai Balaji Hostel, Gurudwara, Ameerpet, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, N/o. Ramagundam, Karimnagar Dist.was taken into custody on 04-10-2019 in the early hours. Recoveries are as follows:-

4) Blood samples 5) Hair at the Crime Scene 6) Phone of accused citing browse history about preparation of murder. 7) Knife 8) 2 rings of deceased

Motive: The deceased is a technical expert of NRSA, 56 years old staying lone and family is away and well settled. His loneliness and his economic condition induced suspect to come closer to him in the name of blood collection. Exploiting his loneliness and urge to perform unnatural act, suspect expected monetary favours in return. As he did not get expected amounts, he hatched a plan to kill him. He purchased knife, came prepared on 30th September at 9.30 PM and spent time with deceased alone, after performing such act followed by argument for money, he killed him by attacking with a knife and causing serious head injuries.

On 04-10-2019 WCO Team I, CCS, DD, Hyderabad arrested one accused person Mohammed Imran, S/o M. A. Muqtadir, Age 38 years, Occ: Proprietor of M/s Alyssa Garment Shop, Khilwat, Charminar, Hyderabad.

On the complaint of Chief manager of Central Bank of , Branch Hyderabad on 01-09-2018 a case vide Cr. No. 154/2018 u/sec 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120-B IPC r/w 34 IPC registered at CCS, DD, Hyderabad against Mohammed Imran and others. The arrested accused Mohammed Imran conspired with other accused created fake / fabricated land documents and submitted at Central Bank of India, Musheerabad Branch, Hyderabad and obtained CC loan an amount of Rs. 70 Lakhs. Subsequently the arrested accused person committed default the said loan amount and caused wrong full loss to the Central Bank of India, Musheerabad Branch, Hyderabad and wrong full gain to them.

The case is being investigated by Sri. M. Anjaiah, Sub-Inspector of Police, WCO Team I, CCS, DD, Hyderabad and his team under the guidance of Sri. M. The Cyber Crime Police, CCS, DD, Hyderabad City arrested one Kunapareddy Manmohan, Age: 28 Years, R/o. Kishna Dist., Andhra Pradesh who is involved in harassment of Senior Police Officer by creating fake IDs in Facebook and posting obscene and vulgar photos and also posting the cell number on different social media platforms.

Facts of the case:

The Brief facts of the case are that received a complaint from senior Police Officer on 03-10-2019 in which complainant stated that, someone created a multiple fake Facebook profiles repeatedly by using her name and official pictures with obscene content and shared her official contact details with anonymous persons in objectionable manner. Hence she request to take necessary action as per law. A special team was formed and after investigation, the accused was traced to Krishna District in Andhra Pradesh. The team arrested the said accused from his house and is being produced before the hon’ble court for remand. Modus Operandi On the name of senior IAS and IPS the accused creates multiple fake Gmail accounts and by using the same he creates multiple fake facebook profiles with their official pictures with obscene content and interacts with anonymous persons on social media with obscene and vulgar photographs and chats. SEIZED PROPERTY: One Samsung Tab and one Wi-Fi router The team headed by Inspector of Police Sri. N. Mohan Rao consisting of team members S.I. Sri Mahipal, PC’s Sri Shekar and Sreedhara Chary has cracked the said case.

FAKE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE RACKET BUSTED – ONE PERSON HELD - SEIZED FAKE INSURANCE CERTIFICATES, STAMPS AND OTHER INCRIMINATING MATERIAL

On 03-10-2019 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, apprehended one person by name Abdul Samad who is preparing fake insurance certificates for the vehicles on the name of Reliance General Insurance, Royal Sundaram and Iffco-Tokio by using the fake stamps at his Xerox Shop styled as “Soha Online Center”, #12-1-631, Opposite Yadaiah Towers, near Prince Bar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad and providing them to the needy customers by taking money from them. Seized (1) Fake vehicle Insurance certificates i.e. Reliance General Insurance-17, Royal Sundaram-11 & Iffco Tokio-8, 2) Computer System i.e. Monitor & CPU, 3) Colour Printer-1, 4) Stamps-3 on the name of “Reliance General Insurance”, “Iffco Tokio General Insurance” & “Royal Sundaram General Insurance”, 5) Empty white colour envelop covers-16 (which being used to give the customers by keeping insurance certificates) 6) 3 papers containing previous issued fake vehicle insurance certificates list from his possession

Particular of accused:-

1) Abdul Samad S/o Late Mohd.Abdul Rab, aged 38 yrs, Occ: Xerox shop business on the name of “Soha Online Center”, #12-1-631, Opposite Yadaiah Towers, near Prince Bar, Asif Nagar, R/o H.No.12-1-13/A, Flat No.403, Yadaiah Towers, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad.

MODUS OPERNIDI:

The accused Abdul Samad is running Xerox shop business on the name of “Soha Online Center”, #12-1-631, Opposite Yadaiah Towers, near Prince Bar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad. But his earnings are not sufficient to meet his family and lavish expenses. As such he hatched a plan to prepare fake insurance certificates for the vehicles and sell the same to needy customers by taking money from them and started preparing fake insurance certificates for needy customers and selling the same to them by taking money from them in his Xerox shop from the year 2018.

In the month of April-2018 he purchased (3) stamps on the name of “Reliance General Insurance”, “Iffco Tokio General Insurance” & “Royal Sundaram General Insurance” from Madhu Stamps, Bala Nagar, Hyderabad in online. He used to collect the data of the persons from different areas in Hyderabad whom required the vehicle insurance certificates and taking the Xerox copies of R.C of the vehicles. After collecting R.C. he is preparing fake insurance certificates for the vehicles on the name of Reliance, Royal Sundaram and Iffco-Tokio by using the fake stamps at his Xerox Shop styled as “Soha Online Center”, #12-1-631, Opposite Yadaiah Towers, near Prince Bar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad and selling the same for Rs.1,000/- to Rs.2,000/- per vehicle insurance certificate as per the demand of customers.

He used to prepare one bar code in his computer system. By using the bar code he is preparing the fake insurance certificates for vehicles. The accused is cheating the Govt., RTA authorities and Police Department by preparing fake insurance certificates. Every year the owners of the goods vehicles have to take fitness certificate of their vehicles from RTA, for which they have to submit insurance certificate along with. Most of the owners of the vehicles are not making insurance to their vehicles as there huge amount to take insurance approximately Rs.5,000/- to Rs.25,000/- depending upon the type of goods vehicles. To take fitness certificates from RTA they are approaching the accused for fake insurance certificates. Sometimes their vehicles involved in major accidents theses fake insurance certificates does not claim the insurance amount.

During enquiry it is revealed that so far, the accused prepared approximately (800) fake insurance certificates from past one year on different companies for the goods vehicles and the involvement of the drivers for procuring fake insurance certificate without the knowledge of the owner of the vehicle to be ascertained.

On 03-10-2019 he was present in his Xerox shop i.e. “Soha Online Center”, #12-1-631, Opposite Yadaiah Towers, near Prince Bar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad and ready to prepare Fake vehicle insurance certificate by using the stamps, in the meantime West Zone Task Force team apprehended the accused along fake vehicle insurance certificates and stamps.

The accused along with seized property was handed over to SHO, Asif Nagar PS, for taking further necessary action.

The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force by Sri B.Gattu Mallu, Inspector of Police, West Zone Task Force Team with the assistance of SIs Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri Md.Mujaffar Ali and staff of West Zone team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City.
