Hotline is staffed by more than 60 agents with extensive VA programs and services training. The Food Bank is the distribution center for over 120 partner pantries across the borderland region and collaborative hub for hunger initiatives that assists in SNAP applications and nutrition education. https://www.elpasoansfightinghunger.org El Paso County Nutrition Program 915.775.2723 6314 Delta Dr Lower Valley El Paso, TX 79905 - Senior Nutrition Program 915.546.8167 Senior nutrition program providing a 1/3 required dietary allowance meal to individuals 60 years of age and older. Center-based meals are served in 20 Senior Nutrition Community Centers throughout the County. Requirements are 1) Veteran must have served at least 180 days and 2) income is 60% below area median average. https://www.mealsforvets.org Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) 877.541.7905 Benefits that allows qualified participants buy the food they need for good health. Food benefits are put on a Lone Star Card that can be used like a credit card at any store that accepts SNAP.
