MedSea Yachts

About MedSea Yachts MedSea Yachts is based in , although one of the owners, Eileen Scatterty, is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our guests can enjoy sailing journeys through southwest Turkey () or the Greek islands. The Turkish coast has over 8,000 km of unspoilt bays, coves and beaches to explore and enjoy. These journeys are also known as the Blue Cruise.

There are 2 owners of MedSea Yachts, Eileen Scatterty and Captain Cengiz Selçuk. Captain Cengiz has been in the sailing industry for many years and a captain for over 25 years. He was raised in a local Turkish village and has been on the sea most of his life. Until her career change in 2012, Eileen had been in the technology industry focusing on business management as a Vice President for a North American corporation. This partnership brings together both sailing experience and business strategy that provides a strong foundation for our company.

MedSea Yachts and its partners are well respected within the industry and with local suppliers. We support the local economy and fellow small business whenever possible.

Customer service is the cornerstone of our business. We continuously strive to ensure our client’s vacations are exceptional and memorable by paying attention to the details. Our yachts are continuously maintained, upgraded and they are the best in their class. We employ only professionally trained and licenced crew who are local to the area and knows where all the spectacular hidden bays are that clients won’t see on larger tours. All our yachts include an on-board crew of Captain, Chef, and Sailors.

The MedSea Yachts Experience There are two ways to enjoy our journeys: private yacht charter or cabin charter. The private yacht charter provides our guests with the entire yacht solely for their use. The cabin charters allow smaller groups to join others on our yachts by renting one or more cabins.

Our vacations can be as relaxing or as adventurous as our guests would like. They can include hikes or walks around the islands, visiting villages and experiencing local culture, learning the amazing history of the area, swimming, snorkeling, fishing and more.
