As stated in the Joint Case Management Statement filed on August 17, 2007, Plaintiff has diligently attempted to serve foreign Defendant Meir Barel with the Summons and Complaint in the within matter filed on January 19, 2007. Plaintiff is continuing to effectuate service on Dr. Barel, and has therefore enclosed two copies of a Letter Rogatory as well as two copies of a Request for Service Abroad of Judicial Documents previously provided to Plaintiff's Counsel by the Israel Court Administration. Both documents must have an original signature from Your Honor, as well as a seal from the Court.
