Kung Fu Wales at The Queens Hall has been running for nearly 20 years, senior instructor Jason Crabtree has taught over 20 students to black sash level and beyond, Sifu Crabtree is very proud of all his student's hard work and achievements. When students enrol at our classes they will be taught the basics which will include, various hand strikes, kicking techniques, stance work, how to block and disarm an attacker, also when you progress through the style traditional Kung Fu weapons are taught. Students will follow a syllabus laid down by their chief instructor Grand Master Yau from Hong Kong as with all registered martial arts. This is paramount and fundamental in the protection of the student to ensure they're getting the best out of something that they are investing in with time, money and above all effort. Classes are suitable for men, women and children. Senior instructor Jason Crabtree; a 8th Degree Black sash, welcomes new students and is happy to answer any queries you may have. Classes are held every Wednesday at The Queens Hall, classes are also held inFishguard.

Let your little ones take part in a weekly after-school activity and bring them along to Lau Gar Kung Fu. When students enrol at our classes then will be taught the basics which will include, various hand strikes, kicking techniques, stance work, how to block and disarm an attacker, also when you progress though the style traditional Kung Fu weapons are taught. Lau Gar Kung Fu is an excellent form of self-defence, it can be learned by anyone regardless of size, strength or gender. Lau Gar Kung Fu is a direct, practical and effective Martial Art. It has its roots dating back to the Shaolin Temple over 1500 years ago.

Let your little ones take part in a weekly after-school activity and bring them along to Lau Gar Kung Fu. When students enrol at our classes then will be taught the basics which will include, various hand strikes, kicking techniques, stance work, how to block and disarm an attacker, also when you progress though the style traditional Kung Fu weapons are taught. Lau Gar Kung Fu is an excellent form of self-defence, it can be learned by anyone regardless of size, strength or gender. Lau Gar Kung Fu is a direct, practical and effective Martial Art. It has its roots dating back to the Shaolin Temple over 1500 years ago.

The hugely popular Zumba classes ran by Tracey Keane in the Queens Hall have proved so popular, she now holds a morning class.

This session is still pumped up and designed to get your blood pumping and feet tapping as Tracey holds an hour and 15 minute session of zumba fitness to get you into shape.

The classes are designed for everyone from complete beginners who need to get fit, through to regular zumba attendees. If you have any questions on the classes or are nervous in attending but would like to join. Tracey welcomes everyone and can help ease you into the class.

Thursdays Strictly Linedance

A great evening of teaching and fun ,come and learn some line dances to your favourite tunes . We dance to many types of music, not only country ,but Pop,Latin,Irish and even the occasional classical piece .

Each week we learn something new ,review dances from previous weeks and dance our favourites from those we have already learned.

No need for a partner ,its a real social evening , time to see friends and get great exercise without even realising it .
