HIS HONOUR the Lieutenant-Governor in Council ham been pleaeed-to-alder that under the provisione_of the "Game Act,"-Whipter 98 of the "Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1924," the following Game Regulations be made for the year 1934-1935:- GAVE AREGULATIONS, 1934-1935.

1, The prohFoitions declared by section 9 of the "Game Act," being chapter 98 of the "Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 124," as to the hunting, trapping, taking, wounding, and killing of game, are, subject to the provisions of sections 2 to 7, inclusive, of these regulations, hereby removed to the extent and within the period and limits and subject to the provisions hereinafter set out respectively, as follows:-

For the purpose of defining the open seasons for big game, game birds, and trapping of fur-bearing animals, the rrovince shall be Aivided into two districts, to be lozwi known as the Western and Eastern Districts:-

"Western District" shall mean and inolude all that portion of the Province situate and lying to the west of the summit of the Cascade Mauntains and south of the Electoral District of Atlin, except that portion of the Provincial Electoral District of Skeena covered by the watershed of the Lakelae and Zymagotitz Rivers.

"Eastern District" shall mean and include all of the remainder of the Province.

Provided that that portion of the Lillooet Electoral District lying to the east of a line drawn north and south (astronomic) of Alta Lake Railway Station on the Pacific Great Eastern Railway shall, for all purposes in respect of open seasons on migratory game birds within the purview of the "Migratory Birds Convention Act,ff be construed and considered as lying within the Eastern District.

EASTERN DISTRICT (Open Seasons). BIG GAVE. (a) Moose, of the male sex, in the Electoral Districts of Atlin, Port George, Peace River, Cariboo, Omineoa, that portion of the Electoral District of Skeena situate and lying within the bounAaries of the Eastern District, that portion of the Kamloops Electoral District situate and lying north of the main line of the Canadian Paoifio Railway, and that portion of the Electoral District of Lillooet situate and lying north of the 51st parallel of north latitude and east of the Eraser River, open season from September let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

In the Electoral Districts of iernie and Columbia (except that portion of the Columbia Eleotoral Districts situate and lying south of Bugaboo Creek and west of the Columbia River), open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(b) Caribou, of the male sex, in the Eastern District (except Sizzl the Electoral Districts of Mackenzie and Skeena and that portion of the Electoral District of Cariboo situate and lying to the west of the Fraser River, and that further portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway), open season from September 1st, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

In that portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of theOanadian Pacific Railway, open season from September 15th, 1934, to September 30th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(0) Wapiti (Elk), of the male sex, in the Electoral Districts of Fernie and Columbia (except that portion of the Columbia Electoral DistrictO situate and lying to the west of the Columbia River), open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive,

In that portion of the Similkameen Electoral District, situate and lying to the east of the Okanagan Lake and River, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(d)Mountain-sheep, of the male sex, in the Eastern District, in that portion thareof. situate and lying to the north of the main line of the Canadian aatathein Railway, formerly known as the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, and in those portions of the Electoral Districts of Cariboo and Lillooet situate and lying to the south of the main Chilcotin River and west of the Fraser River, and in the qectoral Districts of Fernie, Cranbrook, and Columbia, open season from September let, 1934, to aovember 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(e)Mountain-goat, in the Eastern District (except the Eleotoral Districts of North and South Okanagan and Grand Forks-Greenwood), open season from September let, 1934, to Deoember 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(f) Rear (except White or Kermodei Bear), in the Eastern District, open season from September let, 1934, to June 30th, 1935, both dates inclusive. PROVIDED that no BEAR shall be trapped in the Eastern District.

(g)Deer (Mule, White-tail, and Coast), bucks only, throughout the Eastern District (except that portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of the Canadian Paoifio Railway and in that further portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the 52nd parallel of north latitude and east of the Fraser River, and except White-tail Deer in the North and South Okanagan and Similkameen Eleotoral Bistriots and in the Brand Forks- Greenwood Electoral District west of the summit of the Midway Mountains), open season from September 15th, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Bucks only, in that portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of the Canadian Pacific) Railway and in that further portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the 52nd parallel of north latitude and east of the Fraser River (except White-tail deer in the north and South Okanagan and Similkameen Electoral Districts and in the Grand Forks-Greenwood Electoral District west of the suLtait of the Midway lountains), open season from September 15th, 1934, to aovember 30th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Does only, in that portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway and in that further portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the 52nd parallel of north latitude and east of the Fraser River (except White-tail deer in the North and South Okanagan and Similkameen Electoral Districts and in the Grand Forks-Greenwood Electoral District west of the summit of the Midway Mountains), open season from December let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Provided that there shall be no open season on Deer in those portions of the Eastern District described as follows:-

In that portion of the Columbia and Cranbrook Electoral Districts as follows: "Commenoing at the north end of Kootenay Central Railway Bridge across Finlay Creek; thence north along the Kootenay Central Railway klitga (Canadian racific Railway) to the intersection of the said railway and the Columbia River Road; thence north-west along said road to the junotion of the Finlay Creek Government Road; thence south-west along said road to ?inlay Creek; thence directly across said creek to its west bank; thence south-east along the west bank of ?inlay Creek to the Kootenay Central Railway Bridge; thence across said bridge to the point of commencement."

In that portion of the Fernie Electoral District as follows: "Commencing at the fur ion of the Elk River and Morrissey Creek; thence south and west along the east bank of the Elk River to the junction of the said river and Wigwam River; thence in an easterly direction to the junction of Wigwam river and Lodgepole Creek; thence in a northerly direction up Lodgepole Creek to the junction of the said creek and Bean Creek; thence up Bean Creek 66 its head; thence about three- quarters of a mile in a northerly direction to the headxaters of the South Fork of Meadow Creek; thence following the south bank of Meadow Creek to the junction of maid oreek with Morrissey Greek; thence along the south bank of Morrissey Creek to the point of commencement." FUR-BEARING ANIMALS.

(h) Beaver and Muskrats, throughout the eastern District, open season from March let, 1935, to May 15thm 1935, both dates inclusive.

Otter, throughout the Eastern District, open season from December let, 1934, to May 15thw 1935, both dates inclusive.

All other fur-bearing animals, in the Eastern District, open season from November let, 1934, to February 28th, 1935, both dates inclusive.

GAME BIRDS.

(1) Ducks (except Wood and Eider Ducks), Wilson Snipe, Coots, Geese, and Brant, throughout the Eastern District (except the Electoral Distriots of Nelson-Creston, Kaelo-Slooan, Skeena, Atlin, Omineca, Fort George and Peace River), open season from September 15th, 1934, to December 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive. and In the Electoral Districts of Nelson-CrestondKaslo-Slocan, open season from September 15th, 1934, to November 30th, 1934, both dates inclusive. In the Electoral Districts of Omineca, Fort George, Peace River, Atlin, and that portion of the Electoral District of Skeena situate and lying in the Eastern District, open season from September let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(j) Groude (Blue and Franklins only), in the Eastern District, in that portion thereof knu.n as the Electoral Districts of Grand Forks-Greenwool and Similkameen, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Grouse(Blue and Franklins) and Ptarmigan, in the Cariboo, Fort George, Peace River, Omineca, Skeena, and Atlin Electoral Districts, situate and lying within the boundaries of the Eastern District, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive. In the remainder of the Eastern Diatrict, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Grouse (Ruffed, oommonly called Willow), in the Cariboo, Fort George, Peace River, Omineca, Skeena, and Atlin Electoral Districts, situate and lying within the boundaries of the Eastern District, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive; in the remainder of the Eastern District (except the Electoral Districts of North and South Okanagan and Revelstoke), open season from September 15th, 1934, to September 30th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(k)Prairie-chicken or Sharp-tailed Grouse, in the Eastern District, in that portion thereof known as the Electoral Districts of Fort George and Peace River situate and lying to the north and east of the Rocky Mountains, and in the Electoral District of Cariboo, open season from September 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive; in the Electoral District of Lillooet, open season from October 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive; and in the Electoral Districts of Kamloops and Salmon Arm, open season from October 15th, 1934, to October 20th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(1) .;4uail,' in the Eastern District, in that portion thereof known as the Electoral Districts of South Okanagan and Similkameen, open season from October 15th, 1934, to November 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Provided that the shooting of *uail in the Electoral Districts mentioned in this clause shall not commence before 12 A.M. during the first three days of the open season - namely, October loth, 1934, to October 17th, 1934, both dates inclusive; and, further, that after October 17th, 1934, shooting of wail shall not corxence before 7 A.M., and on any day during the entire open season no shooting of .cuail shall take plaoe after 4:30 P.M.

(m) Pheasants, cook birds only, in the Eastern District, in the Electoral District of South Okanagan; that portion of the Similkameen Electoral District situate and lying to the east of Allison Creek, the South Similkameen River, and the kali Pasayten River; the Electoral District of (dxoept that portion situate and lying to the east of the Coldstream Munioipality), and in the Municipality and District Municipality of Salmon Arm, and all that tract of land situate and lying in Kamloops Division of Yale District - more particularly described as follows: "Commenoing at the mouth of Chum Creek near Squilax; thence up-stream along the centre line of said Chum Creek to point were same intersects the north boundary of Section 23, Township 21, Range 12, west of the 6th meridian; thence east along the north boundary of Sections 23 and 24 in said township to the east boundary of said township; thence south along the east boundaries of Townships 21, 20, 19, 18, and 17 in said Range 12 to the south-west corner of Section 30 in Township 17, flange 11, west of the 6th meridian; thence east to the south-east corner of Section 25 in said township; thence south to the centre of the road between Glenenms and Deep Creek; thence easterly and northerly along said Deep Creek Road to the south boundary of the Municipality of Salmon Arm ; thence east, north, and west along the boundaries of said Salmon Arm Municipality to the shore of Salmon Arm of Shuewap Lake; thence easterly and northerly through Shuewap Lake to Cinnemousua Narrows; thence westerly through Shuewap Lake to point of commencement" - open season from October lOth, 1934, to november 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Cook birds only, in the Eastern District, in the North Okanagan Electoral District comprising that certain parcel or tract of land lying within the drainage area of Duteau, Harris, and Ressette Creeks, and being bounded pax= on the north by Vance Creek and B.X. Creek, on the west by the eastern boundary of the Coldstream Municipality, and on the south by the south boundary of the North Okanagan Electoral District, open season from October 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Cook birds only, in the Eastern District, in that portion of the Electoral Districts of Cariboo and Lillooet situate and lying along the Fraser River from Rieke Creek ow the north to Texas Creek on the south, extending a distance of ten miles on the west side of said river and on the east side of said river to the eastern boundaries of said Electoral Districts, open season from October 15th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Cook birds only, in the Kamloops Electoral District and in that portion of the Salmon Arm Electoral District bounded on the east by Chum Creek and on the west by the eastern boundary of the Kamloops Electoral District, extending a distance of five miles immediately south of the southern shore-lines of Little Shuewap Lake and the South Thompson River, open season from October 16th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive. Cook birds only, in that portion of the Salmon Arm Electoral District commonly or locally referred to as the Westwold District - and described as follows: "Commencing from the south end of Monte Lake; thence east along the Vernon-Kamloops Highway to the eastern boundary of the village of Falkland, extending a distance of three miles on either side of the said highway between the points mentioned" - open season from October 15th, 19Z4, to October 22nd, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Cook birds only, in that part of the Electoral District of Revelstoke known as the Eagle Valley; in the Electoral District oil Creston, in that portion thereof situate and lying to the south of a line drawn east and west and passing through Kootenay Landing; and in the Grand Forks-Greenw,od Electoral District, in that portion thereof situate and lying to the east of a line drawn north and south throlgh the station at Eholt on the Kettle Valley Railway, open season from October 15th, 1934, to October 17th, 1924, both dates inclusive.

Provided that the shooting of pheasants in the Electoral Districts of North and South Okanagan and Similkameem shall not commence before 12 A.Lh, • - during the first three days of the open season - namely, ^wzto:er 1934, to October 17th, 1934, both dates inclusive; and, fartitr, ::nat after October 17th, 1934, shooting of Pheasants shall not commence before 7 A.M., and on any day during the entire open season no shcoting of Pheasants shall take place after 4:30 P.1!.

(n) European Partridges, in the Electoral Distriote of Salmon Arm, Kamloops, North and South Okanagan, and Similkameen, open season from Otober 15th, 1934, to Ootober 31st, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Provided that the shooting of European Partridges in the Electoral Districts of North and South Okanagan and Similkameen shall not commence before 12 A.M. during the first three days of the open season - namely, October 15th, 1934, to October 17th, 1934, both dates inclusive; and, further, that after October 17th, 1934, shooting of European Partridges shall not commence before 7 A.M., and on any day during the entire open season no shooting of European Partridges shall take place efter 4:30 P.M.

WESTERN DISTRICT (Open Seasons)

RIG GAME.

(o) Moose, of the male sex, in that portion of the Electoral District of Mackenzie situate and lying north of the 51st parallel of north latitude, open season from September let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(p) Mountaingegoat, throughout the Western District (except on Vancouver Island), open season from Septomber 15th, 1934, to December lbth, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(q) Bear (except White or Lermodei Bear), throughout the Western District, open season from September 15th, 1934, to June 30th, 1935, both dates inolusive. PROVIDED that no BEAR shall be trapped in the Western District.

(r) Deer (Mule, White-tail, and Coast), husks only, throughout the Western District (except Mayne Island), open season from September 15th, 1934, to November 30th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

Does only, throughout the Western District (except Mayne Island), open season from December let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

FUR-BEARING ANIMALS.

(e) Beaver and Muskrats, in that portion of the Western District situate and lying to the north of the 61st parallel of north latitude (except queen Charlotte Islands), open season from March let, 1935, to May 15th, 1935, both dates inclusive; in that portion of the Electoral District of Lillooet situate and lying to the east of a line drawn north and southlastronomic) of Alta Lake Hallway Station on the Paoifio Great Eastern Railway, and including the watershed of the NiTer Lillooet River, open season from December let, 1934, to May 15th, 193, both dates inclusive; on Vancouver Island, Queen Charlotte Islands, and in the Islands Electoral District, open season from December let, 1934, to Maroh 31st, 1935, both dates inclusive; and in the remainder of the Western District, open season from December 1st, 1934, to February 28th, 1935, both dates inclusive. PROVIDED that there shall be no open season for the trapping of BEAVER on Vancouver Island.

Grouse (Ruffed commonly called Willow), throughout the Western District, oven season from October 18th, 1934, to October 31st, 1934, both dates inolusive. (w)Pheasants, 000k birds only, in the Western District, on Vancouver Island (except Oak Bay Munioipality; that portion of Vancouver Island situate and lying north of Oyster River; and that further portion of Vancouver Island in the Alberni-Nanaimo Electoral Districts following a line from the summit of the Beaufort Range at Loon Lake; thence north-west to the head of Comox Lake; thence south-west to Uoluelet; thence south-east in a direct line to Clo-oose; thence north-east to the point of commencement), and in the Islands Electoral District (except Mayne Island), open season from October 13th, 1934, to November lbth, 1934, both dates inclusive, except thereout in North Saanioh District the following days, namely: October 14th, 21st, 28th, and November 4th and 11th.

Pheasants, cook birts only, in the Western District, in that portion thereof known as the Sqummish Valley, on the Mainland, open season from October 13th, 1934, to October 14th, 1934, both dates inclusive. (4) European Partridges, in the Western District, on Vancouver Island (exoppt Oak Bay Municipality), in South Saanich and Highland Districts and in the North Saanich District, open season from November let, 1934, to .;ovember 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive; and on the Mainland, in that portion of the Electoral District of Delta situate and lying between the main line of the Great Northern hallway and the raoific Highway, open season from November 1st, 1934, to Aovember 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive, except thereout in the North Saanioh District the following days, namely, November 4th and 11th.

Further for the purpose of describing the Highland District the same is hereby defined as follows; "Starting at the junction of the Finlayson Arm Road and the Malahat Highway; thence south along the Malahat and Island Highway to Atkin Road; thence east along Atkin Road to Thetis Lake road; thence north along Thetis Lake hoed to MunnTs Road; thenoe easterly and southerly along Munnle Road to Prospeot Lake Road; thence along Prospect lake Road north and east to the right—of-way of the interurban line of the British Columliia Electric Railway; thence along said right-of(iway to Tod Inlet Road; thence along Inlet Road to Saanioh Arm; thence along Saanich Arm to Goldstream Creek; thence following Goldstream Creek to the Finlayson Arm Road; thence along the Finlayson Arm Road to the Malahat Highway."

BAG LIMITS (Eastern and Western Districts)

BIG GAME.

In respect ti of big game throughout the Province as defined in the "Game Act," no person shall anywhere in the Eastern District kill or take or have in their possession during the) entire open season more than two deer of the male sex and one deer of the female sex, provided Doe Deer shall only be had in possession in that portion of the Eastern District furnished with an open season on Doe Deer; in the Western District kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season more than two deer of the male sex and during the open season on female deer more than one deer of this sex; and no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season, anywhere in the Province, more than two Grizzly Bear and three Bear of an other species.

In that portion of the Province north of the main line of the Ganedian Rational Railway, formerly known as the Grand Trunk Pacific hallway, no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season more than two Mountain- sheep of the male ■ex.

In the Electoral Districts of Pernie, Granbrook, and Columbia, and in those portions of the Cariboo and Lillooet Electoral Districts situate and lying to the south of the main Chilootin Hiver and west of the zraser River, no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season more than one Mountain-sheep of the male sex.

In that portion of the Eastern District situate and lying to the north of the main line of the Qanadian National Railway, formerly known as the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season more than two Qaribou of the male sex, and in those portions of the Eastern District situate and lying to the south of the main line of the Canadian :;ational Railway, formerly known as the Grand ilrunk Raclin; Railway, no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their poes- ession during the entire open season more than one Caribou of the male sex. Throughout the Province, no person shall at any time kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season more than one Wapiti(Elk), one Moose, of the male sex, and two Mountain-goat.

GAL'S BIRDS.

No person shall in any district hereinafter designated kill or take on any one day any greater number of game birds than the daily bag limit hereinafter set out respectively; no,kill or take or have in their possession during the entire open season any greater number of game birds than the total bag limit so set out:-

Eastern District - Pheasants (000k birds only) (except the Electoral Diatriote of Nelson-Creston, Revelstoke, Grand i'orks-Greenwood, and that portion of the Salmon Arm Eleotoral District referred to in these regulations as the 4eatwold District, and that further portion of the Salmon Arm Eleotoral District open for the hunting of Pheasants west of Chum Creek ): Daily bag limit, 4; total bag limit, lb. In the Laison- Creston, Grand Forks-Greenwood, and Revelstoke Electoral Districts: Daily bag limit, 2; total bag limit, 6. In those portions of the Salmon Arm Electoral District west of Chum Creek and that portion thereof referred to as the Westwold District; Daily bag limit, 2; total bag limit, 12.

Quail; Daily bag limit, 10; total bag limit, 100.

Grouse and Ptarmigan (except Prairie-chicken or Sharp-tailed Grouse): Daily bag limit, 6 of one species or 12 of all species; total bag, limit, 50 in the aggregate.

Prairie-chicken or Sharp-tailed Grouse: In the Electoral Districts of Fort George and Peace River: Daily bag limit, 6; total bag limit, 50. In the Electoral Districts of Cariboo, Lillooet, Kamloops, and Salmon Arm: Daily bag limit, 4; total bag limit, 15.

Partridges (European); In the Electoral Districts of Salmon Arm, Kamloops, North and South Okanagan, and Similkameen: Daily bag limit, 4; total bag limit, 15. Western District - Pheasants (cook birds only): Daily bag limit,- 4; total bag limit, 25; in the Squamish Valley, Daily bag limit, 2; total bag limit, 4. Partridges (European): Daily bag limit, 6; total bag limit, 25.

Grouse: Daily bag limit, 6 of all species; total bag limit, 25 of all species.

Ptarmigan: Daily bag limit, 6; total tag limit, 25.

Quail (except Bob-white and Mountain 4uai1): Daily bag limit, 10; total beg limit, 50.

Throughout the Province - Ducks, Daily bag limit, 20; total bag limit, 160; provided that in the Western District no person shall take, kill, or have in possession in any one day more than five(5) Wood Duck, whioh will form part of the daily big limit set out herein.

Geese: Daily bag limit, 10; total bag limit, 50.

Blank Brant: Daily bag limit, 10; total bag limit, 50.

Wilson Snipe: Daily bag limit, 25; total bag limit, 150.

Coots; Daily bag limit, 25; total bag limit, 150.

Band-tailed Pigeons: Daily bag limit, 10; total bag limit, 50.

Every person shall, upon the request of any Game Warden or Constable, furnish satisfaotory proof to him of the locality and dates on which any game was by him killed or taken.

2, The prohibitions declared by subsection (1) of section 36 of the "Game Aot," as to the buying, selling, and having in possession of big game, so dar as same relate to game lawfully killed or taken, are hereby removed to the extent and within the periods and limits and subject to the provisions hereinafter set out as follows:-

(a)Moose and Caribou, bulls over one year old, in the Electoral Districts of Atlin and Omineca north of the 57th parallel of north latitude, from September let, 1934, to December 15th, 1934, both dates inclusive.

(b)Bear (except White or Kermodei Bear), in the Eastern District, from September 1st, 1934, to June 30th, 1935, both dates inclusive; in the Western District, from September 15th, 1934, to June 30th, 1935, both dates inclusive.

Provided that no other big game must be sold in any part of the Province.

3. The open seasons declared by these regulations shall not apply to the following parts of the Province, namely:-

(a)Kaien Island, in the Prince Rupert Eleotoral District.

(b)That portion of the Deitiney Electoral District known as the Colony Farm.

(c)That portion of the District 1unioipality of Burnaby known as Central Park.

(d)That portion of Nanaimo Harbour and vicinity described as follows:- Between high-water mark on Vancouver Island and a line drawn as follows: Cor:menoing at Breohin Point, Departure Bay, near the City of •+anaimo; thence in an easterly direction to the most westerly point on Newcastle Island; thence along the shore-line of Newcastle Island in a northerly, easterly, and southerly direction to the most easterly point on Newcastle Island; thence to the moat westerly point on Protection Island; thence south- easterly to Gallows Point on Protection Island; thence to Jack's Point on Vancouver Island; thence in a westerly direction to Stevens and Wright's shingle-mill on Vancouver Island.

(e)That portion of the Nelson-Creston Electoral District described as follows: Commencing on the north shore of the West Arm of Kootenay Lake at Willow Point Wharf; thence following the Duhamel or 6-Mile Creek Roads to the intersection of the said Duhamel Creek Road with the First West Fork of Duhamel Creek; thence following tLe said West Fork it to its source; thence in a southerly direotion following the divide between Duhamel Creek and the West Arm of Kootenay Lake and Groham Creek to the mouth of said Groham Creek; thence across the West Arm of Kootenay Lake to the south shore of the said West Arm to a point known as the slaughter-house; thence following the south shore of the said West Arm in an easterly direction to a point opposite Willow Point Wharg; thence across the said West Arm to the point of commencement. Provided that the provisions of this subsection or clause shall only apply in respect to the hunting as of game birds,

(f)That portion of the South Okanagan Electoral District in the vicinity of Kelowna known as Lot "M", Plan 1920, 0soyooa Division of Yale District.

4. No person shall at any time kill or attempt to kill any migratory game bird with a rifle, no kill or attempt to kill any Pheasant, Partridge, or Quail with a rifle, or hunt, as defined in section 2 of the "Game Act," any game birds in any field or on or over any cultivated land by using an automobile or other vehicle thereon. The use of wounded live birds as decoys in the hunting of migratory game birds is prohibited.

5, The open seasons declared by these regulations shall not apply to the hunting, taking, or having in possession of Liusil, Pheasants, Prairie- chicken (Sharp-tailed Grouse), or Partridges at any place when the surface of the ground at that plaoe is oovered with snow.

6. No person shall hunt, kill, or take any Loose, Caribou, Wapiti, or Deer while swimming, and the hunting, ki:ling, or taking of any game by use of tracer bullets or tracer shot shells is prohibited.

7, No person shall use a power-boat or aeroplane to disturb any migratory game birds with the intent of driving euoh birds towards any person who is lying in wait for the purpose of shooting, killing, or taking such migratory game birds.

NOTE4 Thore is no open season on any game other than in the open districts and during the period mentioned in the foregoing regulations. The Eleotoral Districts referred to in these regulations oover suoh districts as oonstitutd at Maroh 31st, 1934.
