Construction of Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal

Completion Estonia is now entitled to build a regional liquefied natural gas terminal expected in 2019; In the beginning of October 2015, Finnish government and the Finnish state enterprise Gasum announced, that they waive the right to build an LNG terminal to Finland. Owner: city of Parts of Tallinn City Hall will be sold to finance reconstruction of its concert hall Tallinn Tallinn City Hall, situated right next to the Tallinn harbour, was built for the Moscow Summer Estimated Olympics of 1980. The city of Tallinn has spent years looking for investors. Since there has been no success so far, the owner has now decided to divide the building into smaller parts, which will then be sold. Although the building is of value in terms of heritage conservation, the rules set out for it are not too strict: extensions as well as alterations are possible, but the architectural appearance and external finishing have to be preserved. It is possible to add one to two floors to the north side part of the building. This space could then be used for commercial and business purposes. The location of the building is also perfectly suitable for tourism. The state would like to see it as a new representative conference centre.
