Training in Music :

Took primary training in Classical Vocal from Dr. Rekha Sah. Was initiated into Pandit Kumar Gandharva’s school of music under the guidance of Sri Nalin Dholakia ji. Also came under the tutelage of Pandit Kumar Gandharva’s son Pandit Mukul Shivputra. At present a student of Padmashri Pandit Madhup Mudgal ji, well- known classical vocalist and Principal of the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi.

 Interview and performance for ‘Subah Savere’ 2005 and half hour Classical Music performance on Doordarshan Bharati  Accompanied Pandit Madhup Mudgal ji to Essen, Germany as member of the delegation to participate in the ‘Indische Musik-Europaische Musik’ exchange programme. Gave solo as well as group performance.  Winner of “Udayan Indubhai” Vocal Classical Music Competition organized by Swar Vilas, Vadodara, 2006  Performed for “Sangeet Pratibha” a festival of young musicians, organized by the Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi and North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala, Patiala December 2006  Accompanied Pandit Madhup Mudgal ji to Karachi, Pakistan September 2007  Performed at The Attic, Connaught Place, New Delhi November 2007  Performed at the India International Centre, New Delhi.
