Iconic front woman Skin will be joined by fellow band members Cass, Ace and Mark Richardson with their unique sound, that shattered the conventional perceptions of rock music when they first appeared in the mid 90's. With 5 million album sales under their belt, one of the most forthright, iconic, and confrontational female lead singers in modern musical history, a six-year back catalogue to make you quiver, SKUNK ANANSIE are back and ready to rock the beach in Burgas! Move forward twenty-four hours to the final night of the festival on Sunday 14th August and Californian band DEFTONES, will take to the Main Stage. DEFTONES are an American rock band from Sacramento, formed in 1988, consisting of lead singer Chino Moreno , Stephen Carpenter, Chi Cheng, Sergio Vega, Frank Delgado and Abe Cunningham. Their sound combines the booming rhythms of stoner rock with the experimental edge of prog and although they were mostly considered as a nu metal band in their early years, their sound progressively evolved into something more complex and experimental. With their sixth studio album "Diamond Eyes", even those, who are not fans of the heavy rock sound, could not have missed the name DEFTONES after their track "My Own Summer (Shove It)" was included in the cult motion picture "The Matrix" Soundtrack. TRUTH CORRODED BIOGRAPHY 2018 Drums: Jake Sproule, Vocals: Jason North, Guitar: Trent Simpson, Bass: Greg Shaw, Lead Guitar: Chris Walden TRUTH CORRODED are an Australian band with a sound that captures elements of late 80's/early 90's inspired thrash and death metal, shaped by the likes of bands such as SLAYER, OBITUARY, SEPULTURA, KREATOR and EXHORDER, and then later influenced by acts such as MISERY INDEX, BEHEMOTH, NEUROSIS, DECAPITATED and REVOCATION. Taken together the influences have shaped a sound that is as confronting as the subject matter of the bands lyrics and pays homage to the go for the throat savagery of the bands roots. TRUTH CORRODED signed with leading US extreme metal label UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS which led to the release of the album titled 'Bloodlands' which was released in March 2019. And she was like “Why are you downloading stuff right now? We’re going to run out of data!” But I had already got like two thirds of the way through so I just continued on. Auch nach mehr als drei Dekaden der Bandgeschichte bringen die fünf Kalifornier um Sänger Chino Moreno ihre Mischung aus tonnenschweren Gitarrenriffs, verträumten Melodien und mächtigen Drums mit unbändiger Spielfreude unter die Leute. Die Geschichte der Deftones beginnt bereits 1988 in der kalifornischen Hauptstadt Sacramento, wo die drei High School-Freunde Chino Moreno (Gesang), Stephen Carpenter (Gitarre) und Abe Cunningham (Schlagzeug) sich treffen um gemeinsam zu jammen. Wenig später stößt Bassist Chi Cheng hinzu, es folgt eine erste Demo EP mit vier Songs und sie beginnen live zu spielen - zuerst in Sacramento, später auch in und um San Francisco und Los Angeles. Bis zum Debütalbum ›Adrenaline‹ vergehen jedoch noch ein paar Jahre und dieses ist anfangs auch wenig erfolgreich. Durch großes Engagement und das unaufhörliche Touren spricht sich jedoch schnell herum, dass diese vier Jungs aus Nordkalifornien mit ihrem rohen, energetischen Sound jeden Club zum Kochen bringen. Der Durchbruch innerhalb der Alternative- und Metalszene gelingt dann 1997 mit dem Nachfolger ›Around the Fur‹.
