REGULATORY LANGUAGE: No person or entity shall sell or distribute blunt wraps in [city/town]. NOTE: In 2011, Boston prevailed in a lawsuit brought by blunt wrap manufacturers. The case is RYO Association, Inc. and New Image Global, Inc. v. Boston Public Health Commission. *The Town of Webster bans “blunt wrappers” under a paraphernalia definition. 12/11/18
