10km EVENT START AND SELF SEEDING

The 2012 B&E Hobart Run The Bridge event start will be self seeded to allow the faster runners clear road at the front and the walkers plenty of road and time to get to the finish line.

Seeding will be the individuals responsibility and we strongly encourage everyone to be hon- est with themselves to ensure all athletes get a fair race.

Your timing chip will not activate until you cross the start mats under the starting arch so your time will be the true recorded time from the start line (not the gun time) to the finish line, giv- ing you an exact time for the 10km’s.

To find your zone on race day look for the 6m flags on the side of the road at the start area. Line up in your relevant zone.

PLEASE NOTE - There is no seeding for the 5km event although it is recommended that walkers stand to the rear of the start area
