As the runners ran by Jesus our prayer group member noticed that some of the participants were running bare foot. As the race proceeded, the feet of these runners became cut and bloodied to the point that they could no longer continue.

The interpretation was directed to those of us who minister in the Church. It’s was a reminder that God’s disciples must put on the armor of God (Ep 6: 10-17), and be sensitive to the stirring of the Holy Spirit in our lives, or we too would be in jeopardy of becoming frustrated to the point of having to drop out of the race. 6
