Day 1:- Arrive Gwalior. Hilltop Fort & Local Sightseeing. (Dinner) ▪ Arrive at Gwalior Airport / Railway Station. Board our vehicle & proceed for Hotel at Gwalior. ▪ Arrive Gwalior hotel and Check in. ▪ Later proceed for Local Sightseeing. Gwalior is best known for its imposing hilltop fort, which was famously described as ‘the pearl amongst fortresses in ’. Historically, the city has been the cradle of a number of dynasties that ruled it over the years. Their influence is clearly seen in the many regal structures that dominate the cityscape. In a sense, Gwalior continues to retain a medieval majesty. ▪ Gwalior holds an unparalleled reputation in Sangeet, and has retained Indian traditions and the wealth of music intact over the years. The Gwalior Gharana is one of the oldest Khayal Gharanas and the one to which most classical Indian musicians can trace the origin of their style. Legendary musicians like Tansen and Baiju Bawara belonged to Gwalior. Gwalior also has a rich history in sports, with the wizard of Hockey, Dhyan Chand, belonging to the city. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Gwalior.

Day 2:- Depart Gwalior / Arrive Orchha. (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout & proceed for Datia. ▪ An astonishing confluence of Mughal and Rajput architecture, the 7 storey Datia Palace stands tall in the historic city of Datia. While its exterior is adorned with arches, chhatris and oriel windows, the Bundela paintings beautify the interior. Mentioned as Daityavakra in Mahabharata, the city of Datia is blessed with history as well as divinity. Numerous temples, some even dating back to pre-historic times, give this city its second name - ‘Laghu Vrindavan’ or ‘Small Vrindavan’. ▪ The city of Datia might be nicknamed ‘Small Vrindavan’ but it holds stories, countless and ancient, that very few libraries can. Stories that take you back in time, and to the childhood moments of wonder. ▪ Later, proceed for Jhansi. ▪ One of the most important venues of India’s first war of independence in 1857 and the erstwhile capital of Rani Lakshmibai’s kingdom. Jhansi serves as the gateway to Bundelkhand region. ▪ The artistic grandeur of the Chandelas is still evident in the monuments and other ancient structures standing in the city. Apart from the historic fort of Jhansi, magnificent temples, churches,the Government Museum and the Rani Mahal, Jhansi is also home to a military aviation base. ▪ Later, proceed for Orchha. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Orchha.

Day 3:- Orchha Sightseeing. (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ Today after breakfast, proceed for some local sightseeing. ▪ The historic town of Orchha, nestled on the banks of river Betwa, was founded in the 16th century by the Bundela Rajput Chief, Rudra Pratap. Here, the river Betwa splits into seven channels, also called the Satdhara. Legend goes that this is in honor of the seven erstwhile Chiefs of Orchha. ▪ The ancient town seems frozen in time, with its many monuments continuing to retain their original grandeur even to this day. Here you will find some of the most fascinating temples and palaces.

▪ Later in the evening head for enthralling Light & Sound Show. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Orchha.

Day 4:- Depart Orchha / Arrive Khajuraho. (175 kms | 3.5 hrs) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout & proceed to Khajuraho. ▪ Arrive Khajuraho, check in and take rest. Later visit the “Western Group of Temples”. ▪ Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh Is famous for groups of Hindu and Jain temples. These temples are a UNESCO World Heritage Site for their beautiful and erotic rock carvings. ▪ Based on their geographical location, the temples are categorized into three groups: Eastern, Western and Southern. Beautiful, intricate and expressive, the sculptures of the Khajuraho temples will leave you in awe and wonder. ▪ End the day with a magnificent and spectacular “Light & Sound” show at the premises of the temples. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Khajuraho.

Day 5:- Depart Khajuraho. Visit Raneh Falls. Arrive Kanha National Park. (370 kms | 8 hrs) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, Checkout from the hotel and proceed for Raneh Falls. ▪ The Raneh Falls is a natural water fall on the , located in district. The Ken River forms a 5 kilometres long, and 30 metres (98 ft) deep canyon made of pure crystalline granite in varying shades of colours ranging from pink and red to grey. There is a series of waterfalls in the canyon. The larger and smaller falls run all through the year. Other seasonal falls appear during monsoons. It is about 20 kilometers away from Khajuraho. The Ken Gharial Sanctuary is located at the confluence of the Ken and Khudar rivers further down from Reneh Falls.The Ken river here runs through a narrow gorge of igneous rocks rich in Granite and Dolomite. ▪ Later, proceed for Kanha National Park. ▪ Arrive Kanha National Park Hotel and Check in. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Kanha National Park.

Day 6:- Safari at Kanha National Park. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, enjoy excursion at Kanha National Park. ▪ Kanha National Park is the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh & a feast for the eyes for wildlife enthusiasts. ▪ An epitome of conservation, successful rehabilitation of the Hard ground Swamp Deer (Bara Singha) speaks about the dedication & efforts of the forest dept as well as the local population. ▪ It is also the first tiger reserve in India to officially introduce a mascot, "Bhoorsingh the Bara Singha".

▪ In the afternoon, back to hotel for lunch. ▪ Two safari will be provided today. One in the morning and one in the late afternoon. Get your cameras ready and spot the best of wildlife in their natural habitat. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Kanha National Park.

Day 7:- Depart Kanha National Park / Arrive Bhedaghat. Dhuandhar Waterfalls. (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After Breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Bhedaghat ▪ Arrive Bhedaghat hotel and Check in. ▪ Later proceed to visit the magnificent “Dhuandhar Waterfalls”. Avail the cable car ride (Direct payment). The cable car offers fine glimpses of the falls as well as the river. ▪ Visit the Chausat Yogini temples & be awed by its composite composition. The Chausath Yogini Temple is one of the oldest heritage sites in India. It is placed on a hill top overlooking the river Narmada. One has to climb 150 plus steps to reach the temple. The temple looks beautiful in sunlight and inside the idols of the Mother Goddess and Lord Shiva lend a divine aura. The complex of the temple consists of 95 shrines which includes 64 Yoginis in circular fashion around the temple, one for each yoginis and a main shrine where Lord Shiva and his consort Goddess Parvati are seen riding on Nandi, the sacred bull. The design of the temple has been kept simple but the idols of yoginis are exquisitely carved, each one depicting a unique posture. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Bhedaghat.

Day 8:- Boat ride in Narmada River. Depart Bhedaghat / Arrive Pachmarhi. (250 kms | 5 hrs drive) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and proceed for the famed boat ride on the holy “Narmada”. Enjoy the thrilling boat ride (Direct Payment). ▪ The boat ride is a once in a lifetime experience where you sail amidst the white pristine marble rocks. The marble rocks of Bhedaghat are undoubtedly one of the most famous sites to visit for almost every traveler. These marble rocks are naturally formed and a boat ride amidst these rocks makes for a surreal experience. And what’s more, you just might chance upon fossils if you look closely enough. ▪ Later, proceed for Pachmarhi. ▪ Arrive Pachmarhi hotel and Check in. Rest of the evening is free for leisure. ▪ Situated at 1100 m, Pachmarhi, designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is also popularly known as 'Satpura ki Rani' (Queen of Satpura), sits beautifully, embellished by nature and history, amidst the . Legend says the Pandava brothers visited Pachmarhi during their exile. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Panchmarhi.

Day 9:- Pachmarhi Sightseeing. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) ▪ After Breakfast, start to explore Pachmarhi. ▪ Visit various waterfalls in and around Pachmarhi like the Rajat Pratap falls, on the way to , Apsara is a small cascade whose water accumulates in a pond. This place is ideal to stop by for some quiet time before making to the most visited tourist place, Bee Fall in Pachmarhi. ▪ Back to hotel for Lunch. ▪ Post Lunch, visit the Pandava caves, Baba Mahadev Mandir which in fact, is a 60m long cave that is believed to be the place where Lord Vishnu took form of celestial nymph, Mohini to kill the demon, Bhasmasur. Bada Mahadev is also the oldest temple in Pachmarhi and is an important pilgrimage centre as well. Procced to Gupt Mahadev Mandir for darshan.

Day 10:- Depart Pachmarhi / Arrive Sanchi. (200 kms | 4 hrs) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast check out from hotel & proceed for Sanchi. ▪ The town of Sanchi is synonymous with Buddhist Stupas - hemispherical structures typically containing relics of the Buddha or his followers.

▪ The Stupas of Sanchi were constructed on the orders of Emperor Ashoka to preserve and spread the Buddhist philosophy. Sanchi has been protecting these beautiful and sacred architectural wonders, just the way these wonders have been safeguarding ancient history and art of the Mauryan period. ▪ Arrive Sanchi & after check in, proceed for local sightseeing. ▪ Visit numerous stupas, temples, monasteries and an Ashokan pillar have been the focus of interest and awe for global audiences as well. In fact, UNESCO has given the status of 'World Heritage Site' to the Mahastupa. ▪ Also visit the Udayagiri caves (10 kms | 20 kms drive). ▪ The Udayagiri Caves are twenty rock-cut caves near Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh from the early years of the 5th century CE.They contain some of the oldest surviving Hindu temples and iconography in India. One of India's most important archaeological sites, the Udayagiri hills and its caves are protected monuments managed by the Archaeological Survey of India. ▪ Udayagiri caves are notable for the ancient monumental relief sculpture of Vishnu in his incarnation as the man-boar Varaha, rescuing the earth symbolically represented by Bhudevi clinging to the boar's tusk as described in Hindu mythology (Cave No 5). ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Sanchi.

Day 11:- Depart Sanchi / Arrive Bhopal. (50 kms | 45 mins). (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, proceed for Bhopal. ▪ Arrive Bhopal Hotel and Check in hotel. ▪ Later proceed for local sightseeing. Split by a pair of lakes, Bhopal is two cities within a city. Two starkly contrasting cityscapes. Towards the North you have the old city, a fascinating area of mosques, serpentine alleys, chowks, milling crowds, exotic havelis and crowded bazaars. South of the two lakes is the new Bhopal. Modern, with wide roads, upmarket shopping complexes, and plush hotels and restaurants nestled comfortably in the Arera and Shamla Hills, which overlook the lakes and the old city beyond. The central district is known as New Market. ▪ Both Bhopal enamor you in their own way and vie to bring out the child within you. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Bhopal.

Day 12:- Bhimbetka Rock Shelters & Bhojpur Temples. (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, proceed to visit the “Bhimbetka Rock Shelters”, a UNESCO World Heritage site. ▪ An archaeological treasure, Bhimbetka has around 243 rock shelters. The paintings found in the rock shelters here have a striking resemblance to the ones discovered in Kakadu National Park in Australia; to the cave paintings of Bushmen in Kalahari Desert and Upper Paleolithic Lascaux cave paintings in France. Cave paintings dating back to approximately 30,000 years. Rock shelters that were home to humans, millennia ago. And a rich flora and fauna surrounding these, indeed, make Bhimbetka a gift to us from our earliest ancestors. ▪ Later, proceed for Bhojpur sightseeing. ▪ Bhojpur is situated on the Betwā River, the most celebrated ruler of the Paramāra dynasty. Bhojpur is famous for the incomplete Bhojeśvar temple dedicated to Shiva. The temple houses one of the largest liṅga-s in India, 5.5 m (18 ft) tall and 2.3 m (7.5 ft) in circumference. It is crafted out a single rock. The building is under the protection of the Archaeological Survey of India. ▪ Late evening, back to Bhopal. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Bhopal.

Day 13:- Depart Bhopal / Arrive Indore. (195 kms | 3 hrs) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, check out and proceed to Indore. ▪ Arrive Indore hotel and Check in. ▪ Later proceed for local site seeing. Proceed to “Rajwada” which was constructed by the Holkars, who belonged to the Maratha Dynasty, around two centuries ago. It is a seven storey structure which is located near the Chhatris and serves as an excellent example of royal grandeur and architectural skills. The Rajwada Palace fascinate locals as well as travelers who visit Indore, and it is not uncommon to find huge crowds at the palace at all times of the day. A huge garden greets you at the entrance, and the path then leads on to the beautifully crafted palace, which never fails to mesmerize tourists. ▪ Nestled between the crowded streets of the Kajuri Bazar and facing the main square of the city, the Rajwada palace also faces a well-maintained garden that houses a statue of Queen Ahilya Bai, an artificial waterfall and some beautiful fountains. Even after all these years, the palace continues to be one of the most famous tourist spots in Indore and is one of the oldest structures too. ▪ Also visit the Lal Bagh Palace, Khajrana Ganesh temple & indulge yourself in shopping as well treating yourself at the gastronomical capital of India by visiting the night market of “Chappan Dukan” & “Sarafa”. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Indore.

Day 14:- Depart Indore. Darshan at Omkareshwar. Arrive Maheshwar. (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout and proceed to Omkareshwar. ▪ Arrive Omkareshwar & proceed for local sightseeing. ▪ One of the holiest shrines in the whole of India, the Omkareshwar or Omkar Mandhata temple is one of the twelve revered jyothirlingas in India. The temple is situated on an island called Mandhata, located at the meeting point of the rivers Narmada and Kaveri. After Darshan at Omkareshwar, we proceed for Darshan at Kedareshwar Temple, Siddhanath Temple & end the day with a “Parikrama on the Island”. ▪ According to Hindu mythology, a walk around any positive source of energy provides one with positive energy too. It is considered to be a sacred thing and what better way to do it than a parikrama across the entire island. ▪ Later, proceed for Maheshwar. ▪ Arrive Maheshwar hotel and Check in. ▪ We then proceed for local sightseeing. Situated on the banks of river Narmada, Maheshwar appeals to both, the pilgrim as well as the tourist in you. The town possesses a treasure trove of beautiful temples that calm the soul, alongside man-made creations that please the eyes.

▪ A centre of handloom weaving since the 5th century, Maheshwar has been producing the exquisite Maheshwari saris and fabric. The town also holds the distinction of being the capital of Rajmata Ahilya Devi Holkar’s empire during the 18th century. ▪ This historic town weaves spirituality and folklore with the beauty of nature and Maheshwari saris. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Maheshwar.

Day 15:- Depart Maheshwar / Arrive Mandu. (40 kms | 1 hr drive) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout and proceed for Mandu. ▪ Arrive Mandu & after check in, proceed for local sightseeing. ▪ Floating over its own reflection, the Jahaz Mahal in Mandu looks like a ship that’s about to sail. However, for centuries this ship made of stone and mortar never did. Instead, it stood floating over the twin lakes, bearing a silent witness to Mandu's long, rich and varied history. ▪ The city of Mandu is adorned with spell-binding Afghan architecture surrounded by baobab trees, native to Africa. The grand palaces are still alive with royal romance while the gateways (darwazas) speak of a history of imperial conquests. A walk through Mandu will leave you awe-struck. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Mandu.

Day 16:- Depart Mandu / Arrive Ujjain. (150 kms | 3 hrs) (Breakfast & Dinner) ▪ After breakfast, checkout and proceed for Ujjain. ▪ Arrive Ujjain & after check in, proceed for local sightseeing. ▪ Start with the Darshan at “Mahakaleshwar Temple” which is dedicated to the largely revered God - Lord Shiva. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India and is designed just as intricately as the other 11 are. Also visit the Kal Bhairav Temple which is a fierce manifestation of Lord Shiva, and Kal Bhairava is the most important among the eight Bhairavas. If ancient scriptures are to be believed, Kal Bhairav temple is said to be related with the Tantra cult, a secret religious sect who thrived upon black magic. ▪ The other temples to visit are Ram Mandir Chat, Harsiddhi Temple, Pir Matsyendranath, Kaliadeh Palace & the Jantar Mantar. ▪ Should you wish, you can visit the Mahakal temple early in the morning, the next day for Darshan. ▪ Dinner and Overnight in Ujjain.
