107 MINUTES It was proposed and seconded to accept the minutes of the Planning Committee held on Tuesday 26th January 2021 with the amendment that Cllr Caroline Green gave her apologies as a true and accurate record. RESOLVED to accept

108 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION There were 18 members of the public present who addressed the committee on item 8 of the schedule of plans: application 21/00053/FUL. Concerns were raised that it has been a green open space for the previous 50 years and is part of the flood plain. Members agreed to bring this item forward to the beginning of the schedule and to notify residents who had submitted a complaint of the date for the HDC Development Management Panel meeting.
