“Empowering the Less privileged for a bright future” MISSION : Miracle Charity Foundation aims to work with communities and other stakeholders to provide full support to the less privileged in the society so they can achieve their dreams by providing them the right training, education, and housing for the orphans and homeless in the society particularly the Mutengene locality, and gradually to other communities.

VISION: Miracle Charity Foundation is committed to making sure the most marginalized in the society are empowered socially, economically and culturally equally, and capable of enhancing them and to exploit their potentials to the fullest.

PROGRAMS: Home for Homeless, Street Children and Orphans in Mutengene Vocational training

“Empowering the Less privileged for a bright future” STRENGTH  Very dynamic and qualified staff consisting of trainers, admin staff, social workers etc.  Excellent track record in delivering real service to the community.  Very marketable proposition to potential sponsors & donors being authentic as well as strong and inspiring.  A conducive and suitable environment for less privilege (spaces, facilities and facilitators).  Transparent reporting.  Great team & team spirit among existing coordinators.  Strong relationship with the project coordinators, community and the local government, and stakeholders.

WEAKNESSES  Insufficient finance to carry out projects and the foundation doing little active fundraising  Lack of staff training  Internal and external communication barriers. (Insecurity). 4
