Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax It is our pleasure to offer you the selection of wines on the following pages. As part of the restaurant philosophy, every wines selected in this list have been made according to the following principles:

SUSTAINABLE Sustainable agriculture attempts to minimize environmental impacts and ensure economic viability and a safe, healthy workplace through the use of environmentally and economically sound production practices.

ORGANIC Organic wine is made from grapes grown in accordance with principles of organic farming, which typically excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.

BIODYNAMIC The concept behind biodynamics is that everything in the universe is interconnected and gives off a resonance or ‘vibe’. The interconnectivity of everything even includes celestial bodies like the moon, planets and stars. Biodynamic is the practice of balancing this resonance between vine, man, earth and stars. Essentially, biodynamics is a holistic view of agriculture.

NATURAL Natural Wine is farmed organically (biodynamically, using permaculture or the like) and made without adding or removing anything in the cellar. No additives or processing aids are used, and ‘intervention’ in the naturally occurring fermentation process is kept to a minimum. The result is a living wine – wholesome and full of naturally occurring microbiology.

We also feel that we must point out that wines in Thailand incur a number of taxes as they are treated by the Thai government as a luxury item. The combination of compounding taxes results in a tax of approximately 430% on all imported wines, and even locally produced wines, of which the quality is improving, attract a disproportionately high tax.

Please do let us know if we can make a recommendation and we look forward to perhaps sharing a glass or two with you.

With kind regards PRU team PREMIUM WINE BY GLASS 150 ml

“Higher quality classification of wine above every day drinking table wines. While premium wines maybe very expensive there is no set price point that distinguishes when a wine becomes a “premium wine.” Premium wines generally have more aging potential than every day quaffing wines”
