SCAI Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Neuchâtel and Zurich established in 2004 the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, which offers means of dispute resolution based on the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and the Swiss Rules of Commercial Mediation. In order to administer arbitrations under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution established an Arbitration Court as an autonomous body which carries out its functions in complete independence. STSA – Swiss Trade and Shipping Association STSA is a non-profit, non-political Swiss association that is the leader in commodity trading and shipping activities, trade finance companies, and related services.
