Berger Picard Challenge Trophy

First offered in 2013 by Patty Newgard and Jacqueline Carswell of Carnasserie Kennels, this beautiful 12 inch silverplated Georgian Cup rests on a six inch cherrywood base. The Challenge Trophy is National Specialty Winner’s trophy for the Berger Picard Club of America. Each year the name of the Best of Breed of the BPCA National Specialty along with the name of his/his owner(s) will be engraved on an individual plate attached to one of the three sides. For permanent possession, this trophy has to be won three times by the same owner, not necessarily with the same dog nor at consecutive shows. Otherwise the trophy remains in the club’s possession until its retirement.
