Blu on Broadway: 1629 South Broadway EPIC Companies The Chamber Ambassadors attended a groundbreaking ceremony for Minot’s Blu on Broadway, which will be a five-story mixed-use development. Located in the space of the former home of the Northern Bottling facility, this building will house over 8,000 square feet of Class A, main-level commercial/office space and 42 residential apartments on floors two through five. These units will be guaranteed affordable for 20-year period thanks in part to the NDR program in the city of Minot.
